Chapter 5

Matthew pov:

Im sitting here holding my mate's hand. It's been hours and she hasn't moved. Its driving me crazy.

My wolf is pacing with worry inside me. I wish she would just open her eyes and say something.

I don't know what happened to Natalie. I haven't even spoken with her. I know I need too but,

when I got a scent of my mate.

all I could think of was getting to

her.I didn't mean to jump up like that and let Natalie fall, but if you are a werewolf like me and the

person that is your other half and the one you have been waiting on her every since you learned about a mates is near nothing else matter. Your focus is to protect, love ,and cherish your mate and to make her mines, and when you touch you feel sparks and tingled throughout your body signaling that she's my mate. Who knew when I touched her real sparks would fly and I hear her sweet voice for the first time and I learned her name.

When she said " Jamia", her voice was so hypnotic, I knew I could listen to her talk all day. Then here eye's turned black as night and a voice that wasn't hers spoke. It told me she didn't know of her heritage and I was to help her why wouldn't I. She's my mate.

then she spoke of the dark.

then I heard this will hurt.

and a bright white and blue light came out of my mate and hit me in my chest I wanted to scream but couldnt.

It felt as if I was melting from the inside out.

I just knew I was going to explode.

then I was lifted into the air.

My wolf was silent. Slowly the burning subsided

and I was lowered to the ground and the burning stopped as quick as it started.

I felt power flowing through my veins.

my body was thrumming.

then my mate collasped

I caught her as her knees buckled.

I scooped her into my arms and turned and looked at my family. Everyone stood there with a look of awe on their face even Natalie.

"Matty is she alive?" my mom asked.

"yes mom". I replied continuing to the stairs.

We'll take her to your room and get her situated."

"I'll be up in a minute." she said.

As I turned to take my mate to my room.

Natalie ran up to me.

"What do she mean take her to your room." she said while following behind me. "

I kept walking.

"Don't walk away from me.

stranger to your bedroom.

I haven't even been in your bedroom.

we have sex everywhere but your bedroom." she said with her hand on her hips.

Tell me why a complete stranger get to sleep in your room.

I say nothing and start up the steps.

"Don't you hear me." she screamed at my back as I continue. Just then my sister make it to us and Natalie backs off mad. I keep walking.

I make it to my room and lay my mate under my covers.

"Matt I'm gonna see if I got some clothes she can wear. I know she will want a shower when she wakes up." my sister Ava said heading out the door.

and here I sit waiting on my angel to wake up.

hours later.

I lean in and kiss her forehead.

there are sparks immediately.

"Wake up baby." I plead leaning my head against hers.

a slight sigh escapes her lips and then a gasps, but she still hasn't open her eyes.

I look at her face and notice her face scrunched up

then my school books and paper that was on my desk starts to rise and float in the air.

a fire erupted in the trashcan by my bedside.

I grab the glass of water off the table by the bed and toss on the fire.

Then a wind from nowhere blew around the room from where I don't know my window is closed.

The wind starting blowing things around the room.

"Babe I need you to wake up now." I say directly in her ear.

"come on babe let me see you pretty brown eyes."

she grabs my hand and screams so loud my wolf went on alert looking for the threat.

Looking around the room nothing is here.

I don't know what's wrong

Then she sit straight up almost knocking me in my nose her eyes were pitch black and she turns and looks straight at me.
