Ryujin Hikari is an average 18 year old young man, an avid player of Honkai Impact 3rd, Genshin Impact, and Honkai: Star Rail, as well as an anime lover. He is kind, helpful, and has a strong moral compass, but in the eyes of his very wealthy family, he is seen as nothing but a loser, a disappointment, and a failure. As a result, they neglected him, leaving Ryujin with an unhappy childhood that forced him to mature quickly.
Despite their treatment, his family was 'kind' enough to provide him with a monthly allowance and a small rundown house. Ryujin worked hard to develop his life skills, such as cooking, and he diligently studied for college. Tragically, he died saving a girl from being hit by Truck-kun. Everything went white as Ryujin's soul drifted through an empty void, a place beyond any reality, universe, or outerverse.
Unknown Location
"Where am I?" Ryujin asked, his voice echoing in the emptiness.
"Welcome, mortal to my domain." A powerful, booming voice filled with absolute authority responded from behind him. Ryujin turned around and saw an entity that resembled a white or rather, colorless featureless humanoid, mirroring his own appearance but devoid of any distinct characteristics.
"Who are you?!" Ryujin asked, startled.
"I am the Transcend God, but you can call me by one of my many names 'True Author'." the being replied nonchalantly.
"Why do you look like me, yet colorless and featureless? And where are we?" Ryujin asked, still trying to grasp the situation.
"Brave... Most entities, whether human or god, are too terrified to speak, move, or even ask me a single question. They usually freeze in fear. You're the first one to break that pattern... Commendable." the 'Author' said emotionlessly.
"To satisfy your curiosity, I will answer your questions. We are in Nowhere, an empty void of white and black, my home and domain, also known as the 'Horizon of Existence.' My true form exists outside of any realities, dimensions, and even the infinite layers of boundlessness. It cannot be understood or glimpsed by mortals and gods alike, even the outer gods cannot comprehend my true form. My true form would shatter any reality with just my mere presence, even this fanfiction on Wattpad created by AKGalaxy. The author of this story himself can't even describe my true form because I am a transcended existence. I simply borrowed this form from the Will of Honkai from Honkai Impact 3rd and Truth from Fullmetal Alchemist." the 'Author' said, nonchalantly breaking the fourth wall.
"...Wait, what?!" Ryujin blurted out after a moment of stunned silence.
"It's nothing. Don't mind it." the 'Author' replied. "Anyway, since I've watched your story or rather your shitty life, I've decided to isekai you to another world, or as you humans call it, an anime world."
"Wait, they're real?!" Ryujin asked, shocked.
"Yes, they are very real. All fanfictions and fictions created by humanity are realities in different dimensions and universes, ever since the beginning of human existence across all realities." the 'Author' revealed, dropping a bombshell of revelations on Ryujin.
"So, are you going to grant me wishes?" Ryujin asked the 'Author.'
"No. We're not doing the oversaturated isekai plot where a 'Random Omnipotent Being' grants a dead soul three wishes and overpowered abilities before sending them to a new world. That's too boring for both you and me." the 'Author' replied emotionlessly.
"Instead, you're going to draw items, abilities, powers, equipment, etc., from a box of RNG. Here, take these 200 Premium Gacha tickets." He added.
