After her shift ended, Saphira went home to find her parents had left a note in her room that she would have to leave the house in several days. She was given time to back her things, but if she wasn't out by then, she would be thrown out. Saphira was unhappy about it, as she had hoped to talk to her parents about it, but they seemed set on getting rid of her from the house for good. And there was little Saphira could do about it, but plan for the future. She was lucky she had managed to finish some schoolwork and she should receive some final grades soon. She would only have a couple things left, and Saphira hoped she could manage fine, but there was no guarantee. Saphira had no choice now, and as she has not yet received her first pay check, since she has not even completed an entire week. Things weren't looking good.
Saphira was not happy, but she at least did not have much. So she packed some of her stuff before the start of her next shift. It was night four, and she didn't know what tonight would bring. She just hoped that Springtrap would have appreciated the treats she had left for him on the desk in his room. She knew it was not something she had to do, but she wanted to, and she hoped it showed how much she still cared about him.
With her car full of some of her stuff, Saphira drove to the parking lot of the pizzeria again. It began to feel like a normal routine, even though it had only been several days. It was a Thursday, and it was busier at the pizzeria tonight. It took a few minutes before Saphira found a park, and she was lucky it was near the back entrance into the building. She had no idea what she will do once she had to leave her parent's house, though she hoped to speak to them on the weekend as she felt she deserved them to hear her out. Even if they didn't change their minds.
Saphira stepped out of her car and fixed her shirt as she began to walk towards the back door. She just wanted to get started with her shift, even though she was here at the attraction thirty minutes early. She couldn't get her mind to settle about the possibility of being homeless as she was frightened by that. Especially since she needed to figure out a plan of action for the coming weeks, and hoped to find shelter when she needed it.
As she approached the back door though, Saphira stopped with a frown as she heard Mike's voice. She was surprised, as she expected him to be inside, as she could hear him speaking to her right. But she couldn't see him, as he seemed to be hidden around a corner, and he sounded angry. "I don't understand what you even want with this girl. You wanted Jason to kill her ten years ago, and he failed...yes, yes, I know you had him dealt with and I won't fail you either. But I don't...so what if she has a history and a bond with them, I don't...yes, I have made sure that it is all done." Saphira's frown deepened as she knew immediately, he was talking about her, and he must be talking to the boss. "Shouldn't we be keeping a closer...oh...you think it will happen on its own? Well, I mean...I really don't...I know you want to find a way to get power, and those animatronics were the start, so I fail to see...right...you won't tell me, because you think I'll mess it up. I won't!" Saphira swallowed and she shook her head, deciding that eavesdropping might not be a good idea and continued walking towards the door. "When will they be ready? Few more months? Will they kill her? Maybe?! Wait, wait, wait...okay, I apologize for snapping, I just...you don't want to kill her anymore? I know she will need...okay, I understand. Look, I am not sure how long we can keep talking, she will be arriving very soon."
I better get inside before he catches me...
Saphira pushed her key into the keyhole and opened the door. She wanted to act like she didn't hear a thing as she stepped inside quickly and closed the door behind her. She sighed, making sure the door was locked behind her, and walked into the office. She rubbed the side of her forehead in frustration as she walked over to her desk and sat down. She knew that what was being said outside by Mike was not good, and it did worry her. But she was more worried about the initial future at this time.
