Sia returned to her penthouse and dialed a number.
"Can you make arrangements for a romantic proposal in half an hour? A friend of mine is going to propose to someone." she asked on the phone.
"Sure kid! Anything else?" The man said from the other side
"No thanks!" Sia said before hanging up.
She collapsed onto the couch and dialed again. A girl answered.
"Hey, Di!" the girl chimed.
"Hi, Jhanvi! Can you help me?" Sia asked.
"Of course! What do I need to do?" Jhanvi replied eagerly.
"A friend of mine is waiting for me at a restaurant, but I can't make it. Can you go instead of me?" Sia lied.
"Di, how can I go there? it's your friend!" Jhanvi hesitated.
"Please, help me out this time, Please! Please! Please!" Sia pleaded.
"Okay, okay but—" Jhanvi started.
"Thanks. Wear the saree I gave you on your birthday and I'll send you the location. Just a bit of makeup, please," Sia interrupted, cutting her off.
"Why do I have to dress up and do makeup? It's just a friend of yours na!" Jhanvi asked.
"Yeah, he's just a friend, but it's a fancy restaurant. Please," Sia insisted.
"Okay," Jhanvi reluctantly agreed
"Thank you so much Jhanvi, bye!" Sia said
"Bye!" Jhanvi said before cutting the call
She sent the location to both Abhinav and Jhanvi. Just then, another call came in, she answered the call.
"Hello?" she said.
"Did something happen at the cafe?" a voice asked.
"Hello to you too Aditya! Nothing happened at the cafe, Why? " Sia replied taunting and asking
"Something's wrong with Bhai. He has gone crazy," Aditya said.
"What do you mean?" Sia asked, concerned.
"Accept my video call and see for yourself," Aditya urged. Sia accepted the call and saw chaos on the screen.
The living room was a mess. Clothes were scattered on the sofas and the dining table. Shoes were all over the floor, as if he had kicked them off in a hurry. A tie was hanging from the back of a chair, and a pair of socks peeked out from the coffee cup.
Abhinav was roaming around with shaving foam on his face while reading something on his phone. Suddenly, he ran towards the kitchen and took out cookies from the microwave, but they were burnt.
With a groan, he tossed the burnt cookies onto the counter, adding to the already impressive mess. He grabbed a towel to wipe off the shaving foam, but ended up smearing it further across his face. Glancing at the clock, he ran towards his room and closed the door.
"Woah! What has happened to him? The world's most hygienic person, the person who keeps cleanliness, is today making his own house dirty" Sia said laughing
"Sia, what's wrong with Bhai? Mom's worried too. It looks like he's gearing up for war," Aditya said, bewildered.
"You're probably right. Your brother is gearing up for war," Sia managed between fits of laughter.
Abhinav seemed zoned out as he shuffled from his room and sat on the sofa. Taking the sock beside him, he absentmindedly put it on one foot. He reached for the second sock and, without realizing it, put it on the same foot. Standing up, he started looking for his shoes. After a moment of searching, he spotted them peeking out from under the sofa.
