Dear Noah,

I was walking through the corridors of the university when I saw you for the first time in almost five years. You were wearing a white shirt under that leather jacket of yours, paired with dark blue denim jeans. You were sauntering towards my directions, as well as I'm doing the same. It's like we're meeting halfway.

Your jet black hair was styled in a perfect mess like you've ran your fingers through it for a couple of times. I can see the outline of your jaw. They are more defined and prominent now than how chubby it was before. Your skin was more tanned and muscular. You seemed fit now. You've become more handsome than before.

You've become less of a boy and more of a man.

I was catching glimpses of you the whole time while walking to my next class. I was wearing a yellow dress that passed just below my knees paired with my white sneakers; a bag on my shoulders while hugging some of my books.

Then you caught my eyes.

I stopped. It's like I've been caught off guard. Your actions mirror mine.

We're in a staring game for a while. You have a serious expression in your face.

Your eyes have gone bluer than the last time I saw you.

There's a sudden hint of realization in your eyes. I smiled but you turned your head away from my gaze and continued walking.

You passed by me like a wind, knocking everything down without a care of who's been hit.

I was hurt and shocked, to say the least.

I tried to think about what you've done during that time. There are few questions running on my mind. Do you remember me? Do you still remember this girl whom you treasured the most before you left? Why do you seem like you've never known me? Am I the one who left? It's supposed to be me who'll be pulling that I-don't-care act.

How have you forgotten?

Is five years that long?

Am I a stranger now?

Gone was the Noah I love the most.
