01 | keep a close eye

   it was already a known fact that izuku was very clingy to katsuki. both girls were childhood friends, grew up together and have always stuck by each other's side.

izuku's friends described her to resemble a little duckling, catching her strolling behind katsuki one way or another. and if she wasn't, her eyes would be following katsuki's figure.

they weren't sure if she knew herself, but she wasn't all that sneaky trying to sneak glances at her girlfriend if they were in the same room.

"you're staring at bakugo again." shoto whispered, scaring izuku as her face flushed red. "todoroki! don't scare me like that!" she complained.

"sorry, but i noticed that you were staring at bakugo for almost a minute." he told her bluntly. "you.. you don't have to expose me like that!" izuku whined.

"well you're not really good at hiding it midoriya." tsuyu said truthfully as she joined in their conversation. "you too tsuyu?"

"i told you a hundred times just call me tsu." she said as izuku scratched the back of her head. "yeah i'm sorry tsu" apologized the green haired beauty.

"i think sero saw you."

izuku immediately panicked. "WHAT?!" she yelled before she slapped her hands on her mouth. shoto blinked at her, "sero looked over here. he saw you staring if i'm not mistaken."

izuku wanted to shrink down and hide in a corner. her hands that were only covering her mouth moved to cover her whole face.

tsuyu cocked her head to the side, "are you sure he's not staring at you todoroki?" she asked. fortunately, shoto didn't recognize the teasing behind that question.

"why would he be staring at me?"

tsuyu smiled softly, "it's nothing."

she's so pretty... my girlfriend is so pretty! the most beautiful girl in the world...

"midoriya, you're doing it again." shoto informed the girl. she jumped, her gaze was peeking through her fingers - staring at katsuki like she was two minutes ago.

izuku yelled, yet again. "ACK! stop looking at me!"

"what's happening?" uraraka asked, realizing izuku's blushing face and her inner mumbling. "she's staring at her girlfriend again and ranting about her out loud." tsuyu explained plainly.

uraraka laughed sweetly hearing about her best friend being so in love with katsuki. it was a such cute sight to see. "aww that's so cute of you deku-chan!" she exclaimed while patting izuku's shoulder.

"this is so embarrassing.. can i disappear now?"

"midoriya, your girlfriend would be sad if you disappeared." shoto reasoned, izuku couldn't tell if he was being sarcastic or serious.

"you're right! i can't leave her behind, kacchan is mine and mine only!" she declared with a grin spread across her freckled face. tsuyu shook her head in disbelief.

uraraka sweat dropped, "deku-chan," she began. izuku hummed. "your possessiveness is showing." that was enough for izuku to shrivel up in a nearby corner.

"midoriya said not to expose her." said shoto.

"she exposed herself." replied tsuyu.

tsuyu, shoto, uraraka, iida, and izuku were supposed to sit together during lunch. when uraraka tried to look for her, her phone buzzed and it caught her full attention.

pulling it out from her pocket, she saw the text she just received belonged to izuku. "hey guys, i just got a text from deku-chan."

everyone perked up, still connected to their seats. "what did she say?" shoto asked first, the other nodded. uraraka glanced at her phone before speaking, "she said she won't be able to come during lunch but to keep an eye on bakugo."

iida repositioned his glasses, "again?" he asked. "yup."

"does she not trust bakugo?" shoto asked before he slurped on his cold soba. tsuyu answered him, "she does trust bakugo, it's random people she doesn't trust."

iida thought for a second, "i suppose that makes sense," he paused, "but that doesn't mean we should be stalking bakugo! that's considered inappropriate behavior."

uraraka sat in her chair, "she would boo you."

"i'm going to need to have a talk with her!" gosh, if only iida wasn't so determined. "pretty sure she won't listen to a single thing you have to say, even if you mean well." tsuyu warned him.

shoto and uraraka nodded, "also, i think bakugo gets turned on by midoriya looking at her." he says as he watches everyone choke on their own spit and food.

"i think i just lost my appetite..." uraraka sighed.
