Entering the crowded hallways of the school with her mind filled with millions of thoughts Y/N bumped onto someone, she snapped out of her thoughts and apologised without looking at the person.
“I am really sorry.” Y/N mumbled. Mina shrieked and said “Ouch! Y/N why are you always so clumsy! I'm tired of your clumsiness.” Y/N, still occupied by her thoughts said “Chill, I was just thinking about something.” Mina knew about whom and what she was thinking so she said “And what that something would be? Are you thinking of ways to beat Jimin this year in academics?.” Y/N chuckled a bit and said “You know me very well, I think if I change my study schedule by adding less breaks I may beat him on this exam.” Mina facepalmed herself and spoke in an irritated voice “Jimin! Jimin! Jimin! Seriously sometimes I think you may have a crush on him. Get your mind off him girl, relax sometimes.”
Before Y/N could speak she heard another deep voice behind her.
“What is it? Miss Jeon can't get her mind off me?.” The person spoke in a mocking voice. “No Park, I was thinking about destroying you and that sweet little reputation of yours.” Y/N spoke with a cheeky smile on her face. “Destroy me? Sure sweetie in your dreams.” Jimin spoke with a smirk.
Y/N was about to spit a sassy remark to him when the bell rang indicating the start of their classes.
“I'll deal with you later Park Jimin!” Y/N muttered and walked away with Mina ( yes she was standing there and listening to both of their useless shits)
“Cute.” Jimin muttered under his breath and followed her towards the class.
As they entered their class and took their respective seats the teacher came in and announced a surprise test. As soon as Jimin heard that he threw a note at Y/N.
The note says:
Good Luck Miss Jeon. I won't go easy on you today ;)
Y/N looked back at him with a smirk and tore the note into pieces.
As the test started Jimin and Y/N got focused, both determined to top the test. Other students had no interest in the test because of two reasons. First reason is that no one except Jimin and Y/N has studied that chapter and the second reason is they want to see who'll win this time. As last time Jimin got 1 mark less than Y/N he felt humiliated and today he's determined to top.
Time skips
After test results were submitted the teacher corrected it on the spot which made everyone anticipate even more.
Teacher:- Students I have corrected everyone’s test paper and now I'll declare the test results.
Every student were excited for the drama to unveil after the declaration of test results
Teacher:- So, the student who topped this test is… *drum roll* Both Jimin and Y/N.
Every student kinda got disappointed because if either Jimin or Minji had topped the test both of them would argue over it so it would have been fun to watch their argument.
Y/N looked back at Jimin's seat and threw him a note
The note said:-
You thought I'd go easy on you? Never! Park Jimin! Never!
As Jimin read that note he annoyedly rolled his eyes because he was so sure that this time only he would top, not Y/N so he threw that note outside the window.
Amidst their banter the principal suddenly entered their class.
Good Morning Ma'am~ echoed around the whole class
“Good morning and please be seated. I have to announce something.” Said the principal.
“Today a new student is going to join you all. I hope each one of you treats her nicely and helps her out, especially both Jimin and Y/N.” The principal spoke seriously.
After some time, a new student entered…
She was beautiful and her aura was captivating, she looked like a child from a rich family.
Principal said, “Introducing you to Sarah Kang, the daughter of the famous businessman Min-jae Kang.”
