A/N: I've decided to start writing this book alongside As The World Falls Apart because why not (btw go check out my other books if you like this and follow me to support me and my writing.) Updates won't be as often or regular as the other one I'm working on, but I should update at least once a week.

Jisung walks down the street, earbuds in blasting his favourite music. He looked around at the buildings that led his way to school, breathing in the fresh air. His open jacket blew back in the wind slightly along with his hair.

Out of nowhere, someone bumped into his shoulder, pushing him backwards and causing an earbud to fall. The boy looked at the stranger.

"Oh, sorry." He apologized, giving a little bow.

"Watch where your fucking going bitch." The other mumbles. Jisung watches as his eyes dart back, widen slightly and as he starts jogging away, disappearing into the crowd. Before he fully leaves his sight, the boy swears he saw a familiar tattoo on his arm.

A tattoo that meant he belonged to a very well known, dangerous gang. Thinking he was imagining it, Jisung scoffed and picked up his earbud, continuing on his way to school.

"What an ass."

He neared the gates, face lighting up in a smile when he saw his friends.

"Felix! Jeongin! Seungmin!" He waved at them as he got closer.

"Sungie!" The freckled boy shouted, running and jumping on him in a koala hug, causing him to laugh.

"One day you're going to do that and miss, and I'll be laughing when you land on the floor." Seungmin walks up to them, the youngest not far behind. Felix jumps off and rolls his eyes.

"If that ever happens, I'll drag you down with me." He squints his eyes at the younger, finger jabbing into his chest but a smile on his face. Jisung laughs at their squabbling and steps between them.

"Come on, we should head to class before we get in trouble again." He said starting to walk towards the door.

"Do we have to? I don't wanna go to mathsssssss!" Jeongin grabbed his arm, shaking it as he complained about their least favourite class. The elder smiled and ruffled his hair.

"I wish but last time I tried to skip I got in trouble and when my parents found out they took my phone away for a week! I can't go through that shit again!" He replied.

"You iPad baby. Can't live without your phone for a week." Seungmin told him, shaking his head solemnly. The other smacked his arm.

"Don't act like you didn't bawl your eyes out when your phone taken away! If I'm an iPad baby, then you're an iPad fetus." Ji retorted. Felix suddenly jumped between them, laughing at their conversation. He dramatically wiped a tear from his eye.

"Just imagining Minnie as a fetus makes me piss myself laughing."

"If you piss yourself laughing, then you're the real baby here." Jeongin's head poked from the other side of Jisung, speaking before Seungmin could say anything. The group started laughing together as they entered the building.

"Wait, guys, I just remember the weirdest shit that happened to me this morning." Ji suddenly piped up. "As I was walking to school this guy bumped into me. I apologized but he just told me to watch where I was fucking going and called me a bitch!"

"What an ass!" Felix replied.

"That's what I said! And I swear I saw a gang tattoo on his arm too!" He added, making his friend's eyes widen.

"Which gang?" Jeongin asks.

"Not sure but I think it was the SKZ one." He answered.

"The, like, really scary one?" Felix shivers at the idea of his friend getting involved with a gang.

"How many gangs are in this fucking city?" Seungmin muttered.

"Way too many." The youngest mumbles as they get to class. They all sigh as they have to split up. Jisung walks to the side of the class, up front and sits down alone. Lix walks to the opposite corner in the back and sits down alone.

The other two sit together somewhere between them.

"Lucky bitches..." Ji mumbles, pulling out his math book and pencil. That was one of the worst parts of math class, the seating plan. The fact they had no choice on where they got to sit, or who they sat next to.

The rest of the students filtered in, going to their assigned seats with annoyed or bored looks on their faces. The teacher walked in after, annoyingly bright smile on her face as she set her laptop on her desk and stood in front of the whiteboard.

As everyone settled in, she wrote some equations on the board before turning back.

"Today, we'll be reviewing algebra in depth ready for your upcoming exams." She announced, making everyone groan.

The class went by agonizingly slowly as Jisung looked out the window. Butterflies flew past and trees swayed in the wind. Multiple people walked by with dogs or strollers. His pen tapped on his empty book that was supposed to be filled with notes and sums by now.

His head was rested on his hand, and he was very clearly not paying attention.

"Han Jisung?" He snapped his attention to the teacher, sitting up straight.

"Yes?" He internally panicked at the whiteboard being cramped with math problems.

"Can you answer the question?" The boy gulped.

"Which one?" A few laughs could be heard throughout the classroom.

"This one." She pointed to a long equation with a bunch of numbers and far too many letters for his liking. He stared at it blankly, not really having any hope of getting it right.

"ummmm...10?" He answered. More laughs could be heard from the students, and when he looked at Felix across the room he was laughing and smacking his knee.

"Incorrect..." The teacher started explaining how the problem was to be solved and the correct answer as Jisung's gaze returned to the window. He watched the clouds overhead, silently taking note of all their shapes.

"Hello miss, here are the new students joining your class." The principal was at the door with four boys. The boy scanned their faces, his eyes going wide when he recognized one of them.

Fuck no.
