It's been 2 days since I got discharged from the hospital. Dad isn't talking to me like he used to do before.
Right now I am in my room staring at my and aarav's photo frame where I an laughing and he is backhugging me.
I was lost in staring that photo that I dint notice when my mom and dad came inside my room and sat on the bed beside me.
"Beta" dad said and looked at him blankly "See I know you loved Aarav immensely but daughter he is dead. I know it was a sudden shock for all of us but you can't just sit and cry in his memory for your whole life?" Dad said and this is the first time he is talking to me in the past 4 days
"What do you mean dad" I asked in confusion
"We want you to marry Rudra" mom said making my heartbeat stop for a second
"Rudra? Like Aarav's elder brother?" I asked
"Yes! Trust us Daughter! He is a really nice men, he will always keep you happy" dad said
"DAD NO! WHAT ARE YOU SAYING? LIKE ITS NOT EVEN A WEEK OF AARAV'S DEATH AND YOU WANT ME TO MARRY HIS ELDER BROTHER? LIKE SERIOUSLY" I yelled at them In anger
How can they just come to me and say that I should marry the elder brother of the person I loved the most
"Beta calm down! See Rudra is a really nice men! He will keep you happy maybe more happy then you were with Aarav" mom said and I shook my head in no crawling back from the bed
"No! NO! I will never ever marry someone not in this life and nor in other if my husband is not Aarav" I said as tears pooled in my eyes
"Then if this is your final decision then you lost all the rights to call me your Dad. We are thinking for your happiness but if u don't want to accept it then it's your loss. Even if I die today or tomorrow you won't even come to see my dead body. You lost all the rights on me as a daughter" dad Said and I had a ache in my heart listening to all this
"Dad please-" I said but he got up from the bed and was about to leave the room when
"I will marry Rudra" i said
