At #4, we have El Macho from "Despicable Me 2 (2013)". I really wasn't a fan of him because he got on my mother nerves. However, he did steal a purple serum called "PX-41" from a top secret Russian lab in the Arctic Circle with his magnetic magnet ship and used it to turn most of Gru's minions into purple monsters. I only like El Macho because of his house and it is my favorite out of all of the villain houses in the "Despicable Me" franchise.
