16 year old Kassandra Garcia Lived in District 10 with no family. After losing her brother Alex at 12 years old to the 65th Hunger Games her father lost his mind and killed 4 peacekeepers resulting in his own death soon after.
Kassie was put into a Group Home not long after where she met Liam Fuller.
Liam was the only person Kassie relied on so when he gets reaped for the 69th annual Hunger Games it turns her world upside down.
