In Summer of 1974 AD, there is a new leader known as Lord Skele who wants to control the entire North America for power.
However, a group of foot soldiers trespassed a house and kidnapped the family except one.
The only survivor of the family was named Felipe. He was rescued by Power Rider and Power Rider Commander and they have been working on a Rider to save the world.
Felipe was chosen to be a next superhero so he can become Power Rider V3.
