The Batman:
Nobody knows who it is behind the Batman's mask or if it's even a person there's many theories and speculations on his quirk but he has yet to make a public appearance, Police have said he's an arrest on sight as vigilantism is illegal. Whoever the Batman is they are a symbol of fear to all criminals as nobody knows if he kills or not as the criminals found after Batman is done with them have multiple broken and fractured bones. He has multiple high quality vehicles such as a car (or tank) the public has deemed the bat mobile No matter who his mysterious vigilante is. One thing for sure is that the streets are a lot safer with the caped crusader around.
