Manipulative TdBk

Todoroki PoV:

I walk to the rehabilitation program and I see an officer come in with a new guy they finally cause mister Ground Zero. He'd explode things like dynamite and kill others with bombs he'd make with his own sweat. I see him with an officer pointing a gun at him and an officer holding his arms down as they throw him in the cell.

"Nope he's all your pro hero Shoto." The officers say walking out. I walk over to his cell and there's paperwork saying he was just given medication to physically calm him very much down and he's chained to the wall. He's mussled with a metal mussel and he's crying so I walk into his cell taking the mussel off.

"Breathe. Are you in trouble? Yes a fuck ton of it. But are you gonna change? Yes...the more you cooperate the less time your locked in here" I say looking at him and he nods looking all scared.

"I...I can change.." he says in a weak timid tone which confuses me, he's known for his explosive personality and his screaming and being outgoing... "I don't know why I'm here..." he mutters and I look at him confused.

"What do you mean?" I ask. "I was just walking around town...I have a daughter, I'm married I don't know who Ground Zero is...I know my name is Katsuki...I don't know anyone by the alias Ground Zero..." he says and I officer rushes in.

"How are you robbing a bank in here?!." He says upset.

"Last thing I knew I was plucked from the street being home from work to go pick up my daughter from daycare." I say looking down and he uncuffs me and lets me go obviously pissed.

"Go get your kid." He says walking back inside. I smirk and I walk to an alleyway and I see a second me then I look away and Toga transforms back to herself unclothed and she gets dressed.

"Welcome back Ground Zero." She says.

"Anytime." I say back.
