When mai closed her eyes all her memories played vividly in her mind.
**Chapter: Rock and a Hard Place**
Mai burst through the door to her apartment, excitement in her voice. "Dad, I'm home! And I brought Yuki."
Her father, a tall man with a no-nonsense demeanor, glanced up from his newspaper. His stern expression shifted to one of cautious curiosity as he took in Yuki, who stood awkwardly by the door. Yuki was tall and lanky, dressed in baggy clothes with a loose, unkempt mane of black hair. He wore a Vivienne Westwood necklace that matched Mai's.
"Hey, Mr. Usui," Yuki said, sounding a bit different . "Nice to meet you." Was he trying to be serious.
Mai's dad put down his newspaper, his eyes narrowing slightly. "Hi, Yuki. So, you're the one Mai's been hanging out with. Didn't expect her to bring home someone with such a, uh, unique style."
Mai rolled her eyes. "Dad, don't be a dick. Yuki's cool. I think he like the shit music you like."
Her dad raised an eyebrow, still skeptical. "Oh? And what kind of music are we talking about?"
Yuki's eyes lit up as he spoke. "I'm into Black Stones. Their stuff is the shit."
Mai's dad's demeanor changed immediately. "Black Stones? No shit? I love them too!"
Yuki's surprise mirrored Mai's dad's. "Seriously? That's cool! Yea and their bassist is a fucking genius."
Mai's dad chuckled, the initial tension dissipating. "Well, I'll be damned. Didn't think I'd meet another Black Stones fan in this house."
As they bonded over their shared musical interests, the atmosphere relaxed significantly. Later, Mai and Yuki retreated to her dark-themed room, which was filled with Vivienne Westwood gear, cigarette butts scattered on the floor, and an overall moody vibe. A framed picture of Yuki was prominently displayed on Mai's bed.
Yuki flopped onto the bed, noticing the picture and smirking. "Nice room. I see you've got a shrine to me or something. What's that all about?"he grinned "oh princess don't tell me that your missing me and getting impatient?"
Mai laughed, shaking her head. "Oh, shut the fuck up. It's just a picture. I'm not fucking touching myself to your ugly ass picture, please I could just come over to your house."
Yuki's eyes twinkled with mischief. "Yeah, right. You don't have a secret shrine or anything."
Mai rolled her eyes but grinned. "Whatever. You're just jealous."
Yuki leaned closer with a playful smirk. "Honestly, though, if I didn't know better, I'd say you're looking pretty damn hot tonight. If I didn't know you better, I'd say you're trying to seduce me or something."
Mai's cheeks flushed slightly. "Oh really? And what makes you think that?"
Yuki leaned back, chuckling. "Because you look fucking stunning. And your body look great in that dress.I mean you would better without it,though "
Mai laughed, shaking her head in amusement. "You're such a flirt. You really want me to take off don't you."
Just then, Mai's dad walked by the room, peeking in. "Everything alright in here? No funny business?"
Mai's dad's strict tone made Yuki stiffen for a moment, but then Mai's dad's face softened as he saw Yuki lounging on the bed and the room's eclectic decor. "If you're gonna do stuff not under my roof, alright?"
He turned to look at Yuki grinned, still lounging casually. "And don't you dare get her pregnant"he said before walking off and shutting the door.
Mai' turned to Yuki and raised her
eyebrows ."Don't your Dare get me pregnant yukii"she laughed before jumping onto himHe looked up at her"Well I just might"
