The golden net was shining brightly - it looked like something good!

Just as everyone was starting to exclaim in wonder, they discovered that the glow on the golden net was fading away, and the water in the reservoir was becoming more and more turbulent.

Previously, no matter how turbulent the water was, it would not overflow past the bottom of the reservoir onto land.
