But, this fort is cursed, nobody knows the actual story but yeah nobody from locals ever visit this place after 6 PM.
As it's a haunted mansion for them. And, time to time the locals added their experience and stories related to Haunted Mansion and now this place is on sale.

But, just because this huge 27 room mansion is called to be Haunted and people thinks that there are some ghosts in this house.
Nobody is showing intrest to buy this palace, even at very low cost.
Karan is from Mumbai, but on internet, he saw an advertisement from a property selling agency for this mansion.
Someone listed this fort of Bhawanigarh, Rajasthan selling at 1 crore.
It's 450 year old mansion.
Karan read about this mansion, and firstly, he didn't believe it at all that how can somebody sell this huge huge mansion at just 1 crore.
So, he is not believing this advertisement. But still it fasciniate him, so he try to contact the number in advertisement.
But, it wasn't working.
Karan try to contact the other number.
And, someone from caretaker who take care of that Villa pick up a phone.
Karan : hello, who is speaking?
Caretaker : tum kon bol rahe ho, tum batao?
Karan : okay, I am Karan Kundra, I am interested to buy the villa, I saw an advertisement in the newspaper.
He heard beeps, meant he cuts the call before he completes, seems like it's a forge ad.
