Tejasswi : are you serious?

Karan : yes I am serious, and please dont suggest me anything against this mansion, I know it's haunted.

Tejasswi : oh, still you wanna buy it?

Karan : yeah

Tejasswi : you know there is a spirit in this house!!

Karan : yes, I know and I don't mind living with spirits, so will you please help me to contact the owner. (He said with a sarcastic tone)

Tejasswi : okay wait, give me a minute.

That girl walked away from me, I don't know why.

I looked at this mansion, its huge and I really don't believe in ghosts and I had been searching for over a year to find the such a vibe place for me.

Just because people consider it haunted, so they won't disturb me.

And, not just this, I really wanted to buy a mansion since years. And I gone to numerous estate agents in search of the perfect property, so I can make my own mansion over it.

But what can be better than a mansion which is 450 years old.

I became desperate now to buy this place anyhow at any cost.

I felt this mansion will be suitable for my needs.

I needed a house somewhere out of the city, where I wouldn't be disturbed and I could work on my inventions.

I am a relatively successful scientist and needed somewhere quiet to continue with my work.

And, if the owner sell this to me, this large old house will be perfect for me it's looking weary with age of centuries but that make it a amazing place to live.

Until that girl came back, I looked around the outside of this mansion there is some flowers.

The outer appearance of this mansion is scary and needed to be repair in future.

I was busy in my thinking when that girl return to me.

Tejasswi : yeah sorry for make you wait, now tell me how can I help you.

I turned towards her.

Tejasswi : heyy...

Karan : yeah, sorry I was thinking something and yeah I want to meet the owner of this mansion.

Tejasswi : okay, so you wanna buy this mansion?
