Jisung's footsteps echoed in the quiet evening as he followed Felix to the small café just off campus. The warmth of the early autumn air did little to ease the nervous knot tightening in his stomach. Meeting new people was always a challenge, and with how his first encounter with Minho had gone, he wasn't eager to see how the rest of the group would react to him.

As they approached the café, Jisung noticed the soft glow of lights spilling out onto the street, creating a cozy, inviting atmosphere. Felix pushed the door open, and the sound of lively chatter and the smell of freshly brewed coffee filled the air, instantly making Jisung feel a bit more at ease.

"There they are," Felix said, nodding toward a group in the back corner of the café. "Come on, they're excited to meet you."

Jisung swallowed hard, following Felix to the table where a group of guys were deep in conversation, their laughter ringing out in the bustling café. As they approached, the group looked up, eyes turning to Jisung with a mix of curiosity and warmth.

"Hey, guys!" Felix greeted, flashing his signature bright smile. "This is Jisung, my new roommate. Jisung, meet the gang."

The first to speak was a guy with a friendly smile and a comforting aura. "Hey, I'm Chan," he said, his Australian accent immediately noticeable. "It's great to finally meet you. Felix has been talking about you nonstop."

Jisung managed a shy smile. "Nice to meet you too."

Next was a tall, lean guy with a reserved demeanor but a warm gaze. "I'm Seungmin," he introduced himself with a polite nod. "Welcome to the group."

The guy sitting beside him grinned, his youthful energy palpable. "I'm Jeongin," he said brightly. "Don't worry, we're all pretty chill. You'll fit right in."

Jisung felt some of his nerves ease as he exchanged greetings with the others. There was Changbin, a shorter but muscular guy with a mischievous smile, who immediately made Jisung feel welcome. As they all settled into casual conversation, Jisung found himself slowly relaxing.

But then, his eyes drifted to the other end of the table where Minho was seated. Minho was leaning back in his chair, his arms crossed, observing Jisung with a gaze that was hard to read. Seated next to him, was another guy with long hair and striking features.

"I'm Hyunjin," the guy said, his voice smooth and almost melodic. He gave Jisung a once-over, then smiled warmly. "It's nice to finally meet you. Felix has been telling us all about you."

Jisung felt a flicker of relief at Hyunjin's welcoming tone. "It's nice to meet you too."

Felix moved closer to Hyunjin, his expression softening as he looked at him. "And this is my boyfriend," Felix added with a shy smile, giving Hyunjin a quick kiss on the cheek. "We've been together for almost a year."

Jisung's smile widened at the sight of their easy affection. It was clear how deeply they cared for each other, and that warmth extended to everyone in the group. Well, almost everyone.

Minho hadn't said a word since Jisung arrived. He just watched him with that same unreadable expression, making Jisung feel a little uneasy. It was as if Minho was waiting for Jisung to do or say something wrong, ready to pounce on any mistake.

The conversation gradually resumed, and Felix did his best to include Jisung, asking him questions about his classes and how he was settling in. The others chimed in, sharing stories about their own experiences as freshmen and offering tips on how to survive the semester. Jisung appreciated their efforts to make him feel included, but he couldn't shake the feeling of being under a microscope, especially with Minho's eyes occasionally flicking toward him.
