Maya quickly threw on an outfit and rushed out the door to find Angelita and Cody.
I can't wait to go to the fire kingdom! It'll be exciting to meet princess...smoka...Sophia...uh something! She thought as she headed down the hall to the kitchen, where Mars was handing out food to Cody.
"Hey guys, sorry I'm late" Maya said and sat down at her usual seat.
Angelita tilted her head.
" late? You're right on time!" She exclaimed.
Cody nodded.
Mars came back from the double doors and served Maya what seemed to be porridge.
" thanks Mars" she thanked and started to eat.
" oh, and guys, is it okay if I speak with madam razz first before going to burneria? I just think we should be educated about this princess before meeting her" Maya suggested.
Angelita thought for a moment. " I guess you're correct. We don't want to get off on the wrong foot, otherwise she might not want to join the alliance against the horde" she replied.
" we will go after breakfast" she added.
Maya and Cody nodded before finishing their food.
Once they had left the castle, they headed straight for the whispering woods, where madam razz lived. As they walked through the muddy woods, Maya could see the slanted wooden shed in the distance. " madam razz knows a lot about princesses and old ancestry, she must know about princess Smoka- I mean Sophia...smoka. Anyway, if anyone knows it it's her I suppose." Maya explained, and carried on walking.
Angelita and Cody nodded.
" there it is!" Maya pointed, Angelita smiled and they knocked on the door.
The door opened, and they were greeted by madam razz.
" oh, hello deary. What are you here for? To make an apple pie? Here's a basket." Madam razz handed a basket to Maya and walked out the shed to pick berry's.
" oh no, we are here to learn about princess...the princess of the fire kingdom" Angelita argued.
Madam razz raised her brow.
" you brought friends, I see Maya. Nice to meet you strange blonde girl, and you, skinny boy" madam razz greeted strangely, an dcontinued to pick berry's.
Cody rolled his eyes.
" do you know anything about princess smoka Sophia?" Angelita asked once more.
Madam razz nodded, " yes, I do indeed blonde girl. And I believe you're mistaken, her full name is ' princess sophia smoka', and her kingdom rose only 100 years ago, as for your kingdoms it's been more then 1,000,000 years. First-years, to be exact."
Angelita nodded, followed by the others.
" princess sophia smoka is also known to be a very competitive and, well, complicated girl. She has the power of fire, meaning she can burn through anything, and also is one of the winged-magic type." Madam razz continued.
Maya titled her head.
" winged magic type?"
" ah, yes. There are very few, it means she can grow wings, just like your friend Angelita here, and also the princess in dryl, Ellie. She has robotic wings, pretty cool right?" Madam razz laughed.
Cody gasped.
" Sophia can grow like, fire wings?" He said, getting interested.
" yes. And also, everyone's wings are immune to anything. Like if the water princess, Mariana, tried to dry out her wings with water, her wings would just turn to smoky wings, and if water got Ellie's wings, hers would turn to electrical wings. And angelitas wings, would not change at all" madam razz yapped.
" woah, that's so cool! I wish I had wings" Cody said.
Angelita rolled her eyes.
" thank you, madam razz. But we best be going I think, before it's too late" Maya suggested.
Angelita nodded.
" thanks for your time" Angelita said and they all got ready to leave.
" no problem deary, please, come any time" madam razz waved and scurried back to her shed with a handful of berries.
" good bye!" Maya called before they lost view.
" now we know more, we can go to burneria!" Angelita exclaimed.
" I'm so excited! I've got to see her wings!" Cody jumped.
" you've never been excited about going to burneria, it always scared you" Angelita said.
" yes, it still does, but the wings...they just sound so cool!" Cody exclaimed.
" you can always just see my wings y'know" Angelita rolled her eyes.
" I know, but I've already seen them...I have to see Sophia's!"
" what about princess Ellie?" Maya asked.
" no, she's like some crazy scientist. Hopefully Sophia will be cooler and different" Cody said.
" well, let's get going!" Angelita said as they made their way to burneria.
