As all the 90% hospital were of dhawal's mom so there was lot any problem as soon as they reach there all the doctors were present there all were world's topmost doctors but still were standing like some nurses
Then they take Natasha towards emergency room as soon as possible

D to Dr- if anything wrong happen to her then I swear no one from u will be able to see next sunrise did u get that

As Natasha have lost a lot of blood so her blood pressure was also low she does have got panic attack and her bp level have also got very high and her whole body was totally weak due to which her condition got very much worst

Whatever action they have to do they have to do it as soon as possible
They do her blood test but then got to know that her blood type was not present there at that moment and bringing it from other hospital can cause late so not having any option doctor made his way towards Natasha's family but sadly only Ramans blood matches Natasha and currently he was not present there making doctor tensed

Dr-( inside) I think this is my last day on earth

That's when dhawal said

D- I have o- blood group take mine

Dr- b...but I really don't think it would be good decision to take urs blood cause u already have lost many blood in ur injury it might be dangerous to u
Then adi and Rohan started to deny saying Dont risk it we will manage something but there was no option he just have to

Rohan very well know that dhawal is not at all gonna listen to anyone but he also can't risk dhawal's life so he immediately orders blood from their other hospital for dhawal

by this time all her family members have gathered after getting the news of Natasha from adi they have came running all the way

That all feel very bad by seeing dhawal's condition
Then Rohan also goes with Dhawal in his room
But as dhawal was week and was transferring his blood so due to it he gets unconscious
Rohan gets panic but then the doctor said that he will be fine so he very carefully made doctor to do all the dressings of dhawal's hand and head and then sits next to him and careses his head unknowingly tears well up in rohans eyes cause he have never seen this much miserable side of dhawal from childhood till now

After sometime as it was night time dhawal get his consciousness and as soon as he got his consciousness he just came out hurriedly then he got to know that she have just got her consciousness and now is out of danger
And when dhawal was unconscious then Rohan also made doctor to give blood to dhawal which was ordered by other hospital so dhawal's condition was also better now
Then all her family members goes to meet Natasha ( dhawal's mom was not in India as soon as she came from their engagement she have to go to London for her treatment and as she always have to go there so that's why she didn't take Rohan or dhawal with her even after then insisting her very much so that's why she didn't know anything about it)
But Natasha was just staring at the ceiling without talking to anyone making everyone sad

After some time her family met her and came outside

Doctor have told Dhawal to take some rest but her was not ready to listen to anyone he just desperately wanted to meet Natasha but his legs were not ready to go infront of her his own body betrayed him and also don't know if she want to see him or not so he just sees her by window making everyone feel pity and feel very bad for him

As it was quite late so adi ask all his family members to go home cause there was no use to stay here and also dama have to take medicines and Ishitas health was also not well so all the family members goes home and now Rohan dhawal and adi were present there dhawal insisted adi and Rohan to go but they didn't go

As adi didn't have meet her at that time cause he have gone to take the medicines so then adi goes to meet her
Then he ask her how is she feeling is she fine she just nod her head
As adi was feeling very bad for dhawal so he asks Natasha

A- do u want to meet dhawal he is standing outside from very long he even didn't eat or drink anything
As soon as she hears dhawal's name from his mouth tears start to well up in her eyes and she desperately started to nod her head saying no he understands her very well so he didn't stretch it further and just wipe off her tears slowly

Natasha's pov- as soon as I wake up I had really bad headache as I started to observe my surrounding then I get that I was in hospital but I really don't wanted to be here rather than it I would really have loved if my chapter would have closed permanently In this life but my life have to give me more nuts I guess cause once again I'm saved and really well know by whom
Then all the memories Started to flash infront of her making the way for tears as soon as her eyes fell on her ring finger more tears came from her eyes cause she really well know that because of her shitty fate she lost her most precious and most beautiful diamond
Something letting go is the only option remains to u cause she really well know that if she stay with him then he will always have to face the problems like this

No matter how much she try to not show any emotions but her eyes betrayed her
But she wipe all of her tears as soon as she heard the door unlocking then all her family members Rohan came to meet her but she didn't utter any word and just started to stare at cealing
As she then try to move that's when her eyes fell on the window that' s when she sees dhawal standing there god knows from how long
She became still cause sadly and happily he was the only person whom she wanted to meet first and last at this moment

Some stories are better left unfinished at the turn rather than dragging them out to a disappointing end

Cause she very well knows about her destiny it will always play some dirty games and if someone stays by her side then that person will also be dragged very brutally with her and she not at all want anything to happen with dhawal because of her own selfishness of keeping him all by herself of loving him cause staying with her will only cause pain to him so it's better to give him pain by now rather than giving lifetime
But about whom is she even talking about he is dhawal makwana he can set all the world on fire just to stay by her side....
