Four days had passed, Dravis was now a registered Lord and Marigold was now a battle dragon. He didn't know how to wrap his head around everything, but he didn't have long to process as he saw a wagon pulled by two small wing-less dragons pull up into Mother's Eye Meadow with Mumo steering the wagon.
Dravis watched as the redheaded man pulled the reins to a stop before jumping down off of the wagon, he walked over to the other man's side of the vehicle.
"This is everything?"
The young man asked as he glanced over at the mounds of pre-cut and sized wood, packages of preserved wooden shingles, and wooden sills for windows piled in the back of the large wagon.
Mumo nodded with a grunt as he unlatched the small wooden tailgate that held a large bag of tools inside of the vehicle.  "Indeed it is, Sir Dravis. And as promised, I have nothing to do so I brought some help to get you started. Believe it or not, but these little creatures work like mules. But, you're a farm boy right? So you'll do fine leading a mule to lay foundation."
The bearly man said with a laugh as he roughly pat Dravis's shoulder before moving to unhitch the dragons, leading them to the back of the wagon so they could pull the wood out of the vehicle.

Dravis handled one pile with a dragon, and Mumo handled the other. Together they hand managed to stack the pre-cut lumber in a neat pile, organizing each cut by size. Afterwards, they tackled the materials for the foundation. Using the now emptied wagon, they poured in a mixture of grinded stone and clean dried clay. Mumo brought a dragon up to the wagon, letting the wing-less creature fill a bit of the wagon with water it stored in a second intestine lining for water storage.
"Dune beasts are great for work, no wings in the way, small but strong and easy to work with, and they store water for foundation work. They also protect livestock, especially sheep..they have a strange thing with sheep." Mumo mumbled out as he stirred the mixture of Dravis's new foundation, once Mumo believed it was ready he dropped the tailgate again and poured the mixture into a large mold that was already set a few days prior to them building.
Mumo and Dravis leveled the mixture out with long wooden tools that had a long flat edge attached, they pushed the mixture around until it tightly fit the mold it was poured into. "Now we wait for it to dry, it will dry quickly don't worry. For now, we can continue setting everything up. We'll need to get the beasts ready to pull posts up, it's best to start on the outline structures of the longhouse before we get into the rest."
The redheaded Lord spoke to Dravis, although the young man already figured so, he just kept his mouth closed and listened to the older man.

Once the foundation had set and dried sturdy enough to work on, Dravis and Mumo used the dragons to pull large posts up together, the structural stood to about 15 feet tall. With the help from Marigold's size and Isabel stopping by; the outer structure of the longhouse was assembled in decent timing.
Dravis took a step back to adire the progress, he smiled briefly as he felt a gentle pat on his shoulder from Isabel. "It's coming along quite well, Dravis. You look excited," The green eyed woman said with a smile, her smile widened as the young man nodded in agreement. "That's good, you should be excited. I was like a little girl again when my longhouse was built, I think I spent a whole week decorating it." She shared with a soft giggle, covering her mouth as Mumo had scoffed playfully.
"More like spent four moons decorating, she was gone for so long she had Sigrid thinking she was dead. And once Sigrid found out she was decorating, she too helped Isabel and disappointed for an additional week."

Dravis laughed softly as he listened to the two, he was quite entertained with the company he had around him. His attention was briefly caught as Marigold had nudged his side with her scaled snout, he pet the beasts' head with a smile before they finished their break and got back to work.
The three of them worked on the inside structure, putting posts up to secure the longhouse enough to put the roof structure on.
It didn't take them long to build the inside structure, working together on the heavier posts to keep time moving by quickly. Mumo helped instruct Dravis and Isabel with building the structure safely, thanks to the redheaded man's knowledge they were able to quickly and safely build the main structure of the longhouse. Mumo sent Isabel and Dravis up to the roof, while he worked on building actual walls for the structure.
By the time the sun had fallen and the moon had risen, they had decided enough was enough for the day and that they deserved a night to relax. Dravis set up a fire while Mumo collected wood, and Isabel kept the two of them company as she sat by the warm fire.
"I think we've done quite well guys!" Isabel exclaimed with a happy smile, looking at the other two. Mumo nodded with a grunt, dropping a large pile of wood beside the fire. "Indeed, we got quite a lot done today already."
Dravis agreed with a nod as well, he leaned back against one of the large stumps that surrounded their fire. He slumped his shoulders, letting his body relax as he recovered from the day of hard work. He looked down at his hands, noticing a few knuckles were a bit bloody. He had a bruised left thumb due to slamming a hammer on it, it felt a bit numb but it definitely felt better than when it was freshly struck.
