Chigaco... Starting from Season 5 EP 8

"Carl what the fuck is that?" Leah looks at Carl in disbelief.

"It's a bunch of drugs my boss gave me to take on a bus to Michigan." Carl says, showing Leah his backpack full of drugs.

"Is that what I think it is?" Frank asks, Leah yelps, turning around.

"Frank! You can't sneak up on people like that!" Leah scoffs in annoyance.

"Come on Leah, cut my old self a break." Frank says, looking at the bag of drugs.

"Give your old man a taste." Frank tells Carl.

"I will if you come with me to Michigan." Carl says making Leah gasps.

"There's no way your actually doing this Carl." Leah says.

"Dad, your pills." Sammi comes into the living room with Frank's medicine.

Carl and Leah hide the bus ticket and backpack.

After Sammi leaves, Frank comes behind Carl and Leah.

"Put the drugs on Chuckie. Just strap him up." Frank points to Chuckie who's playing a game on the T.v

"Frank, are you crazy?" Leah looks at him.

"Carl's 14, he looks like a criminal, the cops can spot him a mile off, while Chuckie, they'll take one look at that Monogoloid and all they want to do is look away." Frank tells them.

"Frank you can't be--" Frank cuts Leah off.

"Here, buy him a bus ticket, and give your old man a taste for the effort." Frank hands Carl some money.

Leah gets up and leaves, heading back over to her house for a few hours.

She comes back to the Gallagher house later that night, chilling with Debbue and Carl until Sammi comes into the living room screaming.

"Your a fucking nutcase Sammi!" Leah screams at her.

"Hey! Hey! Hey, Hey!" Lip and Fiona come inside the house.

"What's--What's going on?" Lip asks.

"My innocent son is under arrest, thanks to your brother." Sammi says.

"What Ian?" Lip turns to Ian.

"Carl!" Sammi yells.

"Sammi says Carl put drugs on Chuckie." Debbie tells Fiona.

"I didn't!" Carl yells back.

"Carl, if you did that--" Sammi cuts Fiona off.

"It's not a question of "if" there is no way that Chuckie was smuggling Heroin by himself." Sammi says.

"Heroin?" Fiona asks in disbelief.

"What the fuck's the matter with you?" Lip smacks Carl's head.

"Carl, you have to do the right thing and tell the cops it was you." Sammi says calmly.

"No I don't, Why would I do the right thing?" Carl asks.

"Because my son is in jail and it is your fault!" Sammi yells again.

"He's not going to be in there for that long-- a week maybe he's only ten!" Carl defends himself.

"He's 13! He's a little small for his age." Sammi says.

"You--you mean slow." Debbie says making Leah choke on her water.

"You said "small" but I think you meant "slow" Debbie repeats.

"I meant what I said." Sammi turns to Debbie.

"Okay." Debbie puts her hands up in defense.

"Fiona? Dad? Can I get a little backup here?" Sammi goes back to Fiona.

"Uh, best to turn yourself in son, Chuckie is family after all." Leah turns to Frank looking at him like 'What the fuck.'

"Thank you." Sammi says, when there's a knock on the door.

"Chigaco Police! Open up!" A police officer yells through the door.

"Shit! Carl run!" Leah pushes him up and Carl hurriedly runs.

"Carl Gallagher?" The police ask.

"He ran that way." Sammi gives out Carl's location.

"What the fuck Sammi?!" Leah screams at her.

"Sammi!" Debbie stands up and yells at her.

"That's right. I told them it was Carl and I told Chuckie to tell them it was Carl!" Sammi gets up in Fiona and Leah's face.

After Carl's arrest, everyone except Frank are sitting in the waiting room of the prison.

Leah and Fiona glare at Sammi the entire time.

"They're still questioning your brother. You're probably gonna have to wait another couple of hours." The guard comes out and goes back in.

Everyone quickly glances at each other before hurrying up to the window and banging on it.

"Don't say anything!"

"Ask for a Lawyer Carl!" Leah yells.
