Y/N POV

2nd January 2020. My school timetable states that I have lessons at 9AM and here I am, with Diego beside me and attending my second year in university. You may be wondering, why the hell am I telling you this? 

Well, there is a very clear difference from entering as a freshie and like a 'middle' child status student. Year 1, I entered with a perfectly healthy body. This year, with a near broken pelvis and Sahara dried testicles. I never expected to lose my virginity last night, much less to a vampire. 

Diego: " Yah amigo, what the hell happened to you? " 

Y/N: " Something..... something.... " 

Turning back to the projector, I tried to focus on the lecture with my 5th can of Redbull and painkillers. Second year meant new beginnings into my university life, starting with the professor detailing the academic timeline. Taking notes of project deadlines and requirements, Diego and I already made mental plans. To speed run again so that the second half of the semester, also, we are receiving our grades from the last semester. 

Professor Lee: " Kim Y/N & Diego, please come up. " 

Hearing out names, Diego and I stood up and went to receive our grades. 

Professor Lee: " Okay..... I believe it's just your first year last year right? " 

Diego: " Yes sir. " 

Professor Lee: " I have been teaching in this school for about 20 years of my career and it is the first I heard students cause a ruckus in the faculty but for a good reason. It's the first time that students of your level ever attained a full score throughout all your works. " 

Well, would I say this is shocking news to the both of us? No. We just thanked the professor for his compliments before leaving his desk with our results in our hands. 

Diego: " Yah, are we going to shake the faculty up again? " 

Y/N: " Of course, isn't this what we set to do since day one? " 

Diego: " How about the internship offers? " 

Y/N: " Ah, I accepted the one from Japan. " 

Diego: " Oh sick, me too amigo. " 

Y/N: " So I'll see you during summer break in Japan? " 

Diego: " Most likely but it will depend on which prefecture I'll be in. " 

Y/N: " Let's hope we don't need to travel hours just to meet. " 

Getting back to our seats, Professor Lee continued the lecture and I'll let time flow.....
