"Ding! Ding! Ding!"
Heath V.O: Before I have time to respond to Daisy, my phone is blowing up with notifications. It's the A-troupe group chat and all it says is, duet comp cancelled announcement in Studio A. Come now. I guess it's more important than the duet.
Studio A
"So, as some of you know, Michelle and Eldon wanted to buy the studio last year," Nick informed. "And we have decided to go through with the transaction," he continued. "And I really enjoyed my time at The Next Step and I wish you all the best, but my time at Tns has come to an end," Nick finished. All the dancers joined Nick in a group hug. Just as they broke apart, Michelle and Eldon came in. "Good morning dancers, Nick," Michelle greeted. Eldon waved alongside her. "Well, I'll be heading out now," Nick said. As he left the studio all the dancers wished him goodbye.
"Nick was such a great guy, I can't believe he's gone, but I'm excited to work with each and every one of you," Eldon said. "Firstly, we're going to be evaluating your skill levels and along with that, auditions for two new members," Michelle announced. Murmurs of confusion and doubt raised within the dancers when Kenzie and Ethan stepped. "Well, I'm going to work on the summer program in Paris, but I'll be cheering A-troupe on throughout the whole journey," Ethan said. "I'm going to assist Freya on her tour, but I'll miss you all so much. I wish you could all overcome your differences and win Nationals," Kenzie added. They said their goodbyes and left most of the dancers in tears from three of them leaving. "This must be so hard on all of you and even harder because we have evaluations tomorrow but after that, we can all take a break," Michelle sympathized. A-troupe slowly piled out of Studio A and left.
Leaving Michelle and Eldon together in Studio A. "Well, what do you say we have a dance ourselves," Michelle offered. "I'd love to," Eldon replied. They dance to 'Stand up' in an emotional duet.

Chantelle V.O: Even though today is audition and evaluation day, it feels a lot less stressful knowing that I'm already on A-troupe
Heath walked over to Pascale. "I'm surprised to see you here," he said. "I'm not giving up that easily she responded. They exchanged a sweet smile but a few meters away, Chantelle imitated it to make her friends feel better. "Thanks Chantelle but I don't think anything will help me with these nerves," Lola said. "Relax, you'll do fine, right Daisy?" Chantelle asked. "Daisy? Earth to Daisy!" "Oh, sorry I was just thinking about how Kenzie and Ethan left and Nick got replaced," Daisy explained. "It might be for the best though, they're such talented dancers and Michelle and Eldon are a powerhouse," Chantelle stated. Lola nodded.
"All right dancers today is just a quick audition solos then cuts the choreo and that's the final A-troupe," Eldon summed up. "Let's start."
The audition song is Hero.
The choreo song is Take it to the top.
After a while the decisions are made. "The solos are going to Pete and Chantelle, the duet will be Heath and Daisy and the two new dancers are Jett and Edgar.
