The concept of life... It's actually kind of sad. If you think about it, do you prefer killing an ant or a person? Most people will choose the ant. Because every life form has a different value. Ant may also have emotions, but humans understand the concept of it unlike most life forms. So a human's life values more than anyone. Humans keep on living because they want to enjoy and experience many things that they desire. I also have the same goal. I want to keep living in order to fulfill my dreams. I want to become a greater person than I am now, I want to be great because it'll benefit many others around me.
But sometimes, I wonder what my true goal is. Sure, it's the same thing as I mentioned right now, but it doesn't really feel close to what I truly want to accomplish. I want to...
To... Become... Zzzzzz....
My body relaxes, before fully succumbing to sleep. My head was finally put to rest after an entire day of thinking.
. . .
A giant screen would light up in front of me. Is this a movie theater? But it had just one seat. And the projector played nothing. So I decided to try and leave.
I went to the door at the right side, before opening it. It was the same wheat field as before. Looks like this is one of these dreams... They might be linked.
As I walk out of the theater, it was just a one big black box with 2 doors on each side. Since there was nothing in the wheat field, I decided to obey and take a seat. Before the projector started playing something.
1...
2...
3...
"Say cheese!" "Cheeeese!" It felt like I was watching a movie, the footage that the projector was playing is in first person of a man. His voice was pretty familiar.
"You really look cute on this photo, my love!" The man exclaimed, before it was followed up by a female voice. "Aw, you're making me blush!" Since it was the POV of the man, I was able to see the woman's appearance. She had short brown hair and was smiling into the camera.
But then the screen went black, before the footage turned into a bloody scene. A massive battle was occurring in the city they were in, As POV man was grabbing the woman's hand while running away. It looked too graphic to be a movie, so maybe it is real footage.
The screen went black once again, before a long text was displayed
"Name: Kanazawa
Gender: Male
Age: ■■
Status: DECEASED
Cause of Death: ■■■■■■■
The world is cruel. A person's life is a mere bluff. May this person rest in a far better place than this reality."The text disappeared, before it went completely silent. As the sound of a cassette popping out of the player could be heard. Before another one was inserted. I couldn't turn my head around since my body was numb, but I feel like I'm not alone here.
Some catchy music started playing, probably from the 90's. VHS tapes make me feel uneasy because of these crappy analog horror videos on SakanaTube.
But my uneasiness faded away as they showed an another familiar figure. This time a woman with glasses, it was like a interview of some sort.
"Welcome to ■■■■■■■■■■■■■■! Today's guest is a professional mechanic from an engineering company 'M.M.A.S'! Their name is... I.S.H.I.I, Ishii!" The person that was interviewing the mechanic sounded like an average host on a TV Program. Their voice was cheery and loud.
"Hello, I'm Ishii, I'm ■■ years old. I'm a mechanic from the company mentioned earlier. You know... I know a lot about planes, so I'm here to tell you."
