Kookie was staring at taehyung in shock, he was frozen in place. Hobi's heart was filled with joy and he could not stop his smile from getting bigger

Namjoon's expression turned stern.

Namjoon - Taehyung, what are you talking about? We've already discussed this You're supposed to marry Jimin...

Taehyung shook his head, his eyes still locked on Kookie.

Taehyung - I know, but I've realized that my heart belongs to Kookie. I want to spend the rest of my life with him."

Jimin was staring at Taehyung with tears

Taehyung (with a gentle smile) Dad, I know you want me to marry Jimin but let me tell you that

He turned his eyes towards Kookie who was standing frozen in fear )

Taehyung - My heart has fallen for someone else at first sight Yes Dad I fell in love with Kookie the first time I saw him I was going to tell you earlier that I liked someone. But that day you talked about marriage I thought I would never meet Kookie because I didn't know his address or name. That's why I accepted your advice and I did the right thing by accepting your advice and today I met my love

Kookie was completely lost in shock. Everyone was listening to him calmly but Mrs. Park was fuming with anger  while Jimin's heart was breaking into billions of pieces listening to Taehyung's words.

Taehyung - I know you were shocked by this but I told you what I felt was right Dad,....
I always obeyed what you said, today please fulfill my one wish, of course I am ready for marriage but with Kookie

Namjoon started thinking and looked at Mr Park.

Namjoon - What do you say Mr Park?

Mr. Park, seemingly unfazed by the sudden turn of events, nodded his head

Mr park - Very well, if that's what Taehyung wants, then we'll make the necessary arrangements."

Mrs. Park was shocked while Jimin lowered his eyes and a teardrop fell out which no one noticed

Namjin, too, nodded in agreement, a small smile on his face.

Jin - I think this is for the best. Taehyung and Kookie would make a great couple."

But Mrs. Park and Jimin were not so easily convinced. Mrs. Park's face turned red with anger, while Jimin looked like he had been punched in the gut Hobi felt like laughing at Jimin's face but he held back  by biting  his lips  between his teeth.

Jimin (pov) How can you do this to me, Taehyung "I thought we had something special."

Taehyung's expression softened, and he reached out to Jimin.

Taehyung - I'm sorry, Jimin  I never meant to hurt you. But my heart belongs to Kookie, and I couldn't marry you when I feel this way."
