"I'm not surprised he would send us such a gift." Mitsuru smiled as they looked inside the box, it was several photos of the entire SEES group on their many adventures and battles. The photos during the Dark Hour looked more like drawings but very much accurate to what happened. At the very bottom of the box was one final photo with them all together just before the battle against Nyx. Everyone shared a smile as they all looked at the final photo. Next to the photo of the group on January 31st, was a photo of just Makoto. The back had a note written to everyone, "Remember me" The team once again broke out into tears as the clock struck 12:00am. A strange noise echoed through the dorm as everyone got scared. "What!? Is it the Dark Hour again?" Junpei asked. He ran to the window but noticed there was nothing.
"Good evening. It is now March 31st. Here's a recap of the news from the 30th..." Everyone was left confused by the news as the 31st had just ended. As everyone went back to their rooms to get some sleep Yukari was awoken from lound noises protruding from downstairs. She got worried cause it sounded like fighting, as she reached the stairs she heard Aigis yell, "Athena!" Her walking became a mad dash down the stairs. Yukari and Fuuka were standing face to face with a horrifying sight. Aigis, Ken, Koromaru, Mitsuru, Junpei, Kotone, and Chidori were all sprawled out on the floor injured by a mysterious opponent.

"You... You are Yukari... I am Metis, I've come to protect you." The intruder claimed. Yukari was pissed as her friends were all injured. Aigis was deactivated while everyone else was unable to fight. Yukari kept Makoto's Evoker on her since he died so she readied herself for battle. "These people pose a threat to you, I must protect you from them." Yukari only became more furious as she faced down the intruder. "What are you saying? I wont let you hurt anyone else!" "Then I have no choice" Both Yukari with Fuuka backing her up faced down the intruder.
Metis and Yukari were staring each other down Yukari summoned Isis, her persona to blast Metis with wind, thanks to her massive surge of power Metis was initially caught off guard as she was sent back. "You aren't going to hurt anyone now!" As Metis got to her feet she looked to Yukari and knew she couldn't harm her. "You leave me no other choice, Orgia activate!" Metis began to charge up similar to Aigis when she would enter Orgia Mode. Metis turned in a flash and lunged at Ken sending him through a table and crashing into the wall. As Metis picked up Ken and was about to use her lance to stab him in the chest Yukari screamed, "NO!!!" She put Makoto's Evoker to her head once more as Isis charged forward. "I wont let this happen again!" As if it was passing through a portal, Isis began to fly through the portal just behind Yukari, and from the other side of the portal rose Orpheus.
Orpheus stared down Metis who threw Ken away and looked in awe at Orpheus who was summoned by Yukari. Orpheus screamed a sonic blast at Metis who was thrown into the wall as her mechanical parts began to tear off from her. When it was all over Metis deactivated as Yukari passed out. Yukari soon found herself waking up in a very strange room she'd never seen before. "I... What happned...?" Yukari asked herself as she looked up. Before her was an old man with a very long nose, to his left was a tall man in a dark blue velvet jacket and pants. "Welcome to the Velvet Room. Ah... A very rare guest indeed..." The long nosed man spoke. Yukari was very confused as she asked, "Um... Where am I...? Who are you...?" The man with the long nose leaned forward.
"Ah... forgive my manners. I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Igor... and this is Theodore, my assistant. We reside in this Velvet Room." Theodore then spoke, "Pleased to make your acquaintance." "This place exists between mind and matter... A room for those who have forged a contract... Yes... In awakening to the power of the wild card, you are now bound to a contract. From this moment forth, you are a guest in the Velvet Room." Yukari was confused by Igor's explaination until she remembered something Makoto said to her, "What's that contract for?" His voice resonated in her mind as she realized what he was talking about. "Wild card...?" Yukari asked Igor.
"Surely you know of which I speak. The ability to hold multiple Personas and wield their powers... Until recently, a young man with the same talent was our guest here." Yukari then jolted out of the seat. "You... You know him?" Igor's grin grew as he answered her question. "Indeed I do. He achieved a marvelous thing... reaching the 'answer to life'..." Yukari took a second to take in what he said. "The 'answer to life'..." She remembered what Ryoji's voice told her and her friends just after Makoto stopped Nyx, "He's found the answer to life's greatest question. It just happened a bit sooner than it will for the rest of you." She realized now what everything meant.
"The power you have gained is the means to attain that answer." Igor finished. Yukari understood everything now. Makoto used the Great Seal and found his answer to life. It was now her journey to find that same answer, she needed to make sure that she didn't lose sight of her friends along the way. "The beginning of your ordeal awaits..." Igor then handed Yukari a key to the Velvet Room. Yukari was then thrusted out of the lucid dream within the Velvet Room as she awoke.
