Reds Pov.
I stay wide awake, scrolling on my phone in my bed. It's about 11:30 and im supposed to leave for Auradon at 12.

"Excuse me! What do you think you're doing in your bed at this time!" Reds mom (aka Queen of hearts), slams her door wide open.

"I'll get ready in a minute.." I say in a sleep-ish voice, ready to go back to sleep. God i wish my mom could leave me alone sometimes.

"No you're getting ready this instant! Do you know how embarrassing it is for me to walk in late!" My mom yells at me. I wish to tune it all out. Instead she grabs me and slaps me hard on the face.

"God you never listen to your mother. Now go on. Pack your stuff up." She walks out of my room like she didn't just slap me.

My head drops onto the cold wooden floor. I let out a tiny "Ow!" But thats all.

I start packing up for this stupid prep school. I wish i would never go here. Im only going there because my mom has a few friends over there and thinks it would be a "fun" and "amazing" trip.

I eventually finished packing and put my stuff into the car me and mother are taking. "Mother.". Im starting to hate that word.

My mom opens the car door for me. Im surprised that shes doing something like that. I give her a glare and roll my eyes.

"Can i not be nice to my daughter? Act polite." She slams the car door close to my head. I flinch a little and look down.

"fuck off.." i mutter under my breath, hoping she wouldnt hear me.

The whole car ride was silent. I didn't wanna speak to my mom and she didn't wanna speak to me. It was a win/win situation.

We both arrive at Auradon prep and I was "so excited" to be there. Everyone is giving me and my mom weird looks. I guess it was because we both stood out pretty well.

"Name please?" The old lady with glasses says to my mom. It looked like she was balding. Can girls bald? Am I gonna bald!?

"Please you know who i am." My mom gives attitude to the old lady. Suddenly we hear a voice behind us.

"Bridgett? I would never expect to see you here." A lady with her daughter says to my mom. They both had blue hair it was kinda cool. However my mom is in shock. Basically looks like she gonna die from shock.

"I-Its your highness now." My mom changes the look on her face to nonchalant.

"Well of course!" The blue haired mom says.

"Im leaving darling have a great time." My mom storms off quickly.

"whatever.." i become a bit paranoid but no problem. I learned how to handle things on my own.

"Here is your dorm key miss. You will be having room 120." The balding old lady gives me my key.

All the sudden the blue haired daughter taps on my shoulder and I flinch.

"Hi! Looks like we have the same dorm! Im Chloe Charming!"

Okay guys first chapter is done! So again i think this chapter went pretty well and if i have mistakes, criticism is highly appreciated! Or if something feels wrong again that works too!
