THINGS AT THE DOJO HAD BEEN smooth as far as Megan could tell. However, there was still an awkward cloud surrounding Tory and Sam. Because although the two of them had learned to forgive each other, they couldn't seem to fight with each other anymore.
Megan tilted her head to the side as she stood beside Robby and Miguel, watching Tory and Sam work with Johnny. "I think they're officially broken," Devon says as she walks over. "What the hell did you guys do?"
Megan shrugs, holding her hands up defensively. "I didn't do anything. Blame these two hooligans."
"We didn't do anything," Robby tells his girlfriend, matter-of-factly before turning back to Devon. "they're just friends now."
Miguel nods. "Yeah. They went from war, to Cold War to peace."
"Yeah, piece of crap fighting." Megan snickers lightly at the girl's comment. Although, she hadn't been too far off because it seemed now that the two were friends, they were almost scared to fight or hurt each other.
Devon shakes her head, moving over to Johnny to speak with him as Megan glances at the two boys. "You know, she's right. I don't think I've ever seen Tory not want to fight. And that means a lot considering how much we've fought in the past."
Miguel and Robby glance at each other before he blows out a breath. "Yeah, maybe."
"Look, when I say this, I mean it in the nicest way possible..." Megan looks at them. "But if those two don't learn to fight before the Sekai... we're fucked."

Megan looked around at the decorated basement of Devon's house as streamers and pink balloons covered the room. Apparently in a ploy to get back Sam and Tory's edge, Johnny had schemed a slumber party for the two. Megan didn't think it would work, but according to him, "he had a few tricks up his sleeve."
