Happiness's pov.

Ever since I was born,my sole purpose is to spread peace and happiness.I am a miracle, a blessing sent from above. My story begins in a small, hidden garden, where a delicate flower bloomed with a soft, golden light. From within its petals, I emerged, a tiny, radiant being, born of Joy and Harmony. My parents, overjoyed at my arrival, gazed upon me with tears of happiness in their eyes.

Even Sadness, the son of Grief and Pain, couldn't help but crack a smile when he saw me. For a fleeting moment, his sorrowful face lit up with a glimmer of joy, and I knew that I was destined to bring happiness to the world.

As I took my first steps, the sun shone brighter, casting a warm, golden glow over the garden. The birds, sensing my presence, began to chirp and sing in harmony, their sweet melodies filling the air. It was as if the very universe itself was rejoicing at my arrival.

And so, my parents named me Happiness, a testament to the joy and light that I brought into their lives. They taught me that my purpose was to spread love, kindness, and compassion to all those around me, and I have dedicated my existence to fulfilling that purpose.

But despite the joy and love that surrounded me, my childhood was not without its difficulties. My parents, Joy and Harmony, were always busy maintaining world peace, spreading love and kindness to every corner of the globe. As a child, I didn't understand the importance of their work, only that they were always gone, leaving me to spend my days alone.

I would wander the empty halls of our grand, ethereal palace, searching for someone to play with, someone to talk to. But there was never anyone. Only the echoes of my own footsteps, the whispers of the wind, and the faint hum of my parents' gentle magic.

I tried to follow them on their journeys, to see the wonders they created, but they would gently push me away, telling me it was too dangerous, that I was too young. And so I stayed behind, feeling like a small, forgotten piece of a much larger puzzle.

As the years passed, I grew accustomed to the silence, to the loneliness. I learned to entertain myself, to find joy in the simple things: a sunbeam streaming through a window, a book filled with fantastical stories, a secret garden hidden behind a waterfall.

But deep down, I always felt like something was missing, like a part of me was waiting to be filled. And so I grew, a quiet, introspective child, longing for connection, for friendship, for someone to share my laughter and my tears with.

But as I grew older, my parents saw fit to grant me my own headquarters, a beautiful, shimmering palace that seemed to radiate joy and warmth. And with it, they gave me Mewto, a magnificent, radiant creature that became my loyal companion and confidant.

With my own base of operations and my trusty Mewto by my side, I set out to spread happiness across the globe. I traveled to distant lands, meeting people from all walks of life, listening to their stories, and sharing my own. I used my powers to heal the wounded, to calm the fearful, and to bring hope to the despairing.

I worked tirelessly, day and night, pouring my heart and soul into my mission. And slowly but surely, I began to see the fruits of my labor. Cities that were once plagued by violence and crime began to flourish, their streets filled with laughter and music. Children who had lost their parents in war began to smile again, their eyes shining with a renewed sense of purpose.

I was making a difference, and it felt amazing. I was living my dream, spreading happiness and joy to every corner of the world. And Mewto, my faithful companion, was always there to support me, to encourage me, and to remind me of the importance of my mission.

Together, we roamed the globe, leaving a trail of happiness and warmth in our wake. And as the years passed, I began to realize that my parents' legacy was not just about maintaining world peace, but about spreading love, kindness, and compassion to every individual, no matter how small or insignificant they may seem.

But now...As I look at the world around me, I see a different picture. Evil is spreading its dark influence, corrupting the hearts of people. Young children, innocent and vulnerable, are being forced to steal and do bad things just to survive.

I see them, these small children, with tears in their eyes and fear in their hearts. They're forced to beg on the streets, rummage through trash for food, and even sell their bodies just to make a living. They're exploited, abused, and treated like garbage.

And I see the ones responsible for this evil. They're the ones with power, wealth, and control. They're the ones who have lost all sense of empathy, all sense of humanity.

My heart is heavy, my soul is sorrowful, as I see this darkness. I'm Happiness, the one who brings joy and light, but what can I do against such evil? I've tried to spread love and kindness, to bring hope to those who have lost it, but it seems like my efforts are in vain.

The world is falling into darkness, and I feel helpless to stop it. Or am I? Maybe it's time for me to take a stand, to gather the forces of good, and fight against the evil that's threatening to destroy us all.

I need people like Maxwell, who have had the courage to confront their own mistakes and are now willing to help others do the same. They are the ones who will shape the future, who will bring about a new era of kindness, compassion, and understanding.

As I looked at Maxwell, I felt a sense of joy and gratitude. I had found a true friend, someone who understood me and wanted to help me spread happiness. Together, we would make a difference. Together, we would bring light to the darkness. And as I smiled, feeling the warmth of our newfound friendship, I knew that everything was going to be okay. The future was bright, and I couldn't wait to see what it held.

[A/N- The ninth musical prompt "Staying Alive" is not used in a form of a dialogue. Through Happiness's narration we can make out how hard it is for her to 'stay alive',how hard it is for her to keep happiness alive when there is just darkness prevailing from all four sides. I hope you liked the chapter! Stay tuned!]
