Haechan's pov

Bzz bzz

I wake up groaning picking up my phone half eyes closed.

"Hello?" I said, my voice groggy.

"Was just making sure you're awake." Jaemin said on the other line

"Well now i am."

"Great! Don't forget you have work." Jaemin said and hung up

I place my phone back on the counter and stand up to stretch. I go to open my blinds and go up to my table to look if i have anything else to do today. While doing that i also look at the calendar.

August 1st

My eyes lit up. Finally autumn. I mumbled to myself. I've always loved autumn cause it's my lucky season. Life seemed to be always on my side when it came to this season.

I start changing my clothes and go brush my teeth. I normally have breakfast at the cafe in work at with Jaemin, Chenle and Taeyong. Taeyong was the Cafe's manager and he was always chill and made us breakfast before we all even got there.

I hop in the car and start driving to the cafe, parking my car perfectly straight. I get out of the car and walk to the cafe. I open the cafe to the smell of breakfast.

I smile seeing Taeyong and Jaemin there talking. Chenle normally comes after his Uni classes since he still hasn't graduated.

"Hey Hyuck!" Jaemin said waving at me

I wave back at him and greet Taeyong who smiles and greets back. Taeyong tells us to go catch a place to sit and he'll bring the breakfast.

We sit down and start chatting.

"So.." Jaemin started with a smirk

"What." I ask with a suspicious look

"You're lucky with men." He said placing his head in his hands and leaning closer to me

"What about it..?" I ask not knowing his intentions

"Find me a man, i'm lonely." He pouted

I burst out laughing shaking my head

"Really? You want me to find you a man?" I laugh

"Find it yourself." Taeyong said placing the plates and smacking Jaemin's head

"But it's so hard." He pouts sinking down to the chair and crosses his arms looking with puppy eyes at me

"I'll try i guess." I chuckle

We were done eating, we helped Taeyong clean up the plates and started getting ready to open up the cafe making sure everything is clean and neatly placed.

After a few hours of taking orders and making beverages we saw Chenle coming in. I smile and run to him giving him a big hug.

"You're going to kill me!" He said trying his hardest to breath

"I missed you!" I said slightly letting go

"I was here a few days ago." He said trying to get out of my grasp

"That was ages ago." I said letting him ago and walk behind the counter with him

"How was first day back to Uni again?" Taeyong asked

"It was pretty good. I saw a cute boy." He said smiling

"You're on your last year how come you only realized that cute boy now?" Taeyong asked leaning into the counter

"He's a first year." He responded

"Did you take a photo of him." Jaemin popped out of nowhere, making me flinch

"No, what the hell?" Chenle said giving Jaemin a weird stare

"That is kind of weird Jaemin." I said

"What? Ho-" before Jaemin could say anything Taeyong smacked his head and told him to go take the customer's order. He did a salute and went to greet the customer

"Though what's also weird is you liking a first grader." Taeyong said looking at him

"I just said that he was cute. I don't like him!" Chenle said putting his arms in defense

"The way your eyes glittered at the thought of him told me different.

"What?! You're hallucinating from all this work grandpa." Chenle defended himself

As they continue arguing i laugh and roll my eyes and go to see if any new customers have came in.

The day passed by pretty quick, it was honestly a pretty good day. I saw like a pew pennies on the floor when i was going to my car, there was no traffic unlike the times i went back home when it wasn't autumn
