You read the paper..you have to wear that bracelet, so that they know you belong to them and because there's an GPS tracker in it, so they know where you are if you need any help.. The clothes and the mask was what you should wear to not get recognized..
You had to install an app which was camouflaged as a study app so no one would find it suspicious, when you installed it you had to enter a code that was written on the paper...that code was just to open the app for the first time...after that you can only open the app with your fingerprint.. In the app you can communicate with them and see where your teammates are and what for information you guys have collected..
