Chapter One: Author's Note

I found errors in #Kevhedgehog's story, so I revised it and introduced my characters, Amelia, Bentley, Catalina, and Danny Schmidt, who are of German descent, not Japanese. Amelia and Bentley have an advantage in the game because their father is a development director. Amelia's Musician character has the ability of Musical Control, which combines Present Mic's Voice quirk with Hitoshi Shinsou's Brainwashing quirk, allowing her to manipulate anyone who hears her sing. Bentley's in-game ability is Phoenix, granting him the abilities of fire manipulation and flight. He can telekinetically control his fiery aura and feathers. Due to gaining the ice-resistant trait, his purple flames inflict burns upon him. Typically, his fire maintains an icy temperature, but during heightened emotional states, it surges hotter than even Dabi's flames. In the virtual realm, he assumes the name Inferno. Amelia Schmidt, also known as Glimmer, has a tormentor named Jasmine Fischer, known as Musician, who is close friends with Katsuki Bakugou, also known as Great Murder God Dynamight, who bullies Izuku Midoriya, also known as Deku. Glimmer possesses a formidable in-game quirk called Colour Gas. This emitter-type quirk enables her to produce large quantities of poisonous gas with different effects determined by colour. The gas can induce a range of impacts, such as ignition and explosion (red), temporary blindness (white), weakening of physical abilities and potential incapacitation (green), enhancement of an individual's quirks based on the amount inhaled (blue), slow, life-threatening damage to the lungs and organs (purple), and inducing sleep for varying durations (pink), similar to Midnight's quirk, Somnambulist. Glimmer possesses a unique skill set as a hacker, allowing her to access the game's system and award herself two additional in-game quirks known as Feline and Ferrokinetic Wings. The Feline quirk grants her feline-like characteristics, similar to how Tsu's quirk mimics a frog and Mirko's quirk reflects a bunny. Meanwhile, the Ferrokinetic Wings quirk grants her the ability to fly, protect others by enveloping them with her wings, and employ her feathers as projectiles against adversaries, much like Hawks' Fierce Wings ability. These in-game quirks parallel Glimmer's real-life abilities. Her aspiration to emulate Hawks' and Mirko's stems from her combined quirk, which comprises Feline and Ferrokinetic Wings, elevating them to the status of her idols.
