2. Unspoken Love

It's Early Morning

Avni woke up to the sound of knocking on their door. She quickly sat up and listened, hearing Avyansh's cries getting louder..she is about to go to open the door but before she could, she remembered that she and Neil were sleeping in separate beds.

Panicked, Avni gently shook Neil awake. "Neil, wake up! Ma is at the door, and Avyansh is crying" Avni whispered urgently.

Neil woke up and listened to her

Neil quickly got up and moved his bed closer to Avni's, then pulled the beds together to make it look like they were sharing a bed. Avni quickly put a blanket over the gap, trying to make it look seamless.

Neil then covered himself with the blanket and pretended to sleep, just as Avni opened the door to let . Avyansh was still crying .. Shweta is holding him in his arms with his milk bottle

"Ansh .." Avni extends her hand to take him in her arms

"Avni beta .. avyansh kaafi der se ro raha h dudh bhi nahi liya shyad Neil ko kaafi time se nahi dekha hai isliye ro raha h " shweta says handling Avyansh to Avni.

Avni's heart melted as she held Ansh (Avyansh) in her lap, trying to calm him down. She gently caressed his back, whispering "Shh, betu, it's okay." To her surprise, Ansh hugged her tightly and stopped crying

Shweta smiled, looking at the scene. "lagta h use papa nahi uski mumma chahiye thi ..dekho to kaise tumhari god me aakar chup ho gaya "

Avni blushed, feeling a mix of emotions. She was happy that Ansh had calmed down, but also aware that Neil was still pretending to sleep behind her.

Shweta didn't seem to notice anything amiss, thankfully " Avni beta me chalti hu ...or koi jaldbaji nahi h aaram se ready ho jana "

Avni nodded "ji ma "

As Shweta left, Avni glanced back at Neil, who was still under the blanket. She whispered, "ma chali gai h "

Neil slowly got up, stretching his arms.

Ansh turns and looks at Neel. Neel looks at his face and his wet eyelids and gets up and comes to Avni.

"Pukku " Neil

He gently cradles Avyansh in his arms, his large hands supporting the tiny baby. He tenderly wipes away the tears from Avyansh's round cheeks with his thumbs, his touch gentle and soothing. Then, he leans in and plants a soft kiss on Avyansh's forehead making a sweet gentle sound

Why are you crying, puku" Neil coos in his deep voice, using a baby talk tone. "What's wrong babbu  Did you have a bad dream? Hmm

As Neil speaks, he is holding avyansh gently in his arms, swaying from side to side, trying to comfort him

Avni's heart swells with love as she watches Neel tenderly care for Avyansh. She feels a warmth spread through her chest, a sense of joy washed over her.
At this moment, Avni feels like everything is right with the world. She's surrounded by the two people she loves most, and she knows that she's exactly where she's meant to be. A soft smile spreads across her face as she takes in the sweet scene before her, her heart full of love and her spirit at peace.

As they spent the morning with Ansh, Avni couldn't help but wonder when things would change between her and Neil. Would they ever be able to bridge the gap between them, or would they continue to pretend for the sake of their family?
