Nori didn't remember herself falling asleep on her chair, when she slowly woke up. She got up from the chair pushing the chair against the desk, and went to the bathroom to fix her hair. Her hair was falling out due to stress, she really need to get a therapist.
She walked out of the bathroom, walking down the staircase. Her footsteps quiet, before falling down it. She let out a small screech of pain. Before getting up like it didn't happen, she walked into the living room seeing her mother and a unfamiliar man.
“Whose that mom?..” Nori said with confusion, as she raised a eyebrow. Her mom quickly replied with.
“Your new father! We've been dating for some time, i hope you accept him into our family-!” Her mom looked happy for the first time. Nori had a blank expression, she really didn't care. “Good to know, but why do you need my acceptance??”
Her mom quickly said “Oh i was worried, since you were so attached to your old father!!!”
Nori brushed it off, her expression was a bit smugged. Before adjusting her glasses a bit, crossing her arms.
“Okay, good to know.” She walked back to the staircase, tripping again. But she just crawled up it, walking up to her room, swinging the door open. And closing it shut quickly, she immediately yeeted herself on the bed before realizing she forgot about the date she had to go too. But she just canceled it since it was only a tinder date.
She was scrolling on some food delivery apps, she had some leftover credit points since she bought alot of food from that restaurant for parties and stuff. But she realized she wasn't even hungry, so she just leaned back into the chair.
