My eyes shot open, I was breathing rapidly. What was that, who was that girl. I sensed someone standing beside me, I looked up "Are you okay, jun!?" Min-ji, my wife asked, worried that it was clearly written on her face, as I just woke up from a nightmare. "Yeah, just a little startled!" I answered her, and sat straight on the sofa.
"Why are you sleeping here, not in our room!?" I don't wanna talk to anyone right now, my heart still feels heavy. "I was so tired when I came home last night, so I just slept while sitting here!" I said, getting up. "Even if you were tired, you should've just laid down on our bed!" She objected, and I signed.
"I'm going to get fresh, there's still some work left from last night, so I need to go there!" I pretended not to listen to her, and spoke, her expression turned annoyed. "When will you come back!" She questioned, "I don't know, till the night probably!" I replied, walked to the kitchen to drink water, and she followed from behind.
"Again!, at least try to come early, and spend some time with me too, it's been a while we even eat dinner together!" I massage my temple to calm down, I'm not angry, or annoyed, I'm just tired, and I can't do this right now, but I don't wanna hurt her too. It's me who's wrong here. I have been avoiding her for the past few months. Why? Because it just doesn't seem right whenever I am with her.
We have been married for the last five years. It wasn't love marriage as the media declared it to be. I was involved with my fans and busy in my music artist life. I didn't feel like finding love, I thought I already found love with my fans. But after my oldest brother got married, my parents started focusing on me. My mother used to send me pictures of different girls, her friend's daughter, or anyone she likes as I wasn't interested in finding one for myself.
One time my mother trapped me on a blind date, which was with min-ji. She was also a victim of her mother's trap. We clicked almost immediately. That time our interests were the same, our thinking was the same, we were similar in almost everything. I enjoyed being her friend, but after a few dates, our mother saw some kind of chemistry between us, and we got married.
Everything happened too fast. Our random hangout picture got leaked, the whole k-media went crazy, rumors were spread, news was broken in the whole world. We just started to know each other, and next thing I knew was I was married to her. I liked her, but getting married was so hurried that I didn't realize it until three years into that. I thought she felt the same about our marriage, but I was wrong.
