part -21

In the morning jungkook is the first to wake up. He looks at the time and sees that they still have half an hour left before they should wake up.

He hopes that taehyung won't wake up yet so that he can look at him for the time that's left.

On the one hand he feels so silly. They behave like they won't ever see each other again but they are going to see each other everyday. But not being able to kiss him, to look at him with love and talk to him freely is what hurts and makes him feel broken.

Carefully he removes a strand of hair from his eyes and smiles lovingly. The situation is bittersweet knowing you found the love but not being able to be with them. It's torture.

Slowly taehyung starts to wake up as he squirms lightly, when he opens his eyes and smile forms but drops when he sees the sad eyes of jungkook.

For the next hour they start packing their things and eat breakfast in silence. Both are lost in their thoughts and when it's just 10 Minutes before the driver arrives.  They stand in the hallway and look into each other's eyes, both leaning towards each other for one last kiss.

Every emotion is reflected in the kiss.....
Fear, love, admiration, calmness, sadness, thankfulness....

All they do is just concentrate on the other and feel their emotions.

Without being able to control it tears start swelling in their eyes again. Both think that this kiss is going to be the last one for a very long time.

But is it really going to be?

Won't their love for each other just pull them together though they know they shouldn't?

This time they don't let those tears fall down because the driver is going to arrive soon and just two minutes later the door bell rings so they have to let go of each other which makes their heart hurt.

Jungkook grabs their bags and opens the door for taehyung to go outside. The driver stands in front of the open trunk and smiles at them that stops when he sees their sad expression. Without saying anything Taehyung opens the door and sits in the backseat and after putting the bags inside the trunk jungkook does the same on the other side.

Dumbfounded, the driver stands there and asks himself what has happened? He's been shipping them since the moment he drove them here but now something seems off between them two. Closing the trunk he walks to the driver set and starts the engine.

"Sooo did you rest well taehyung?" He asks carefully.

"Yeah" taehyung simply answers while looking absently outside the window.

"How about you Jungkook?" He asks while looking in the rear-view mirror.

"It was the best thing that has happened to me for a long time" he says while glancing at taehyung which makes the driver and taehyung smile.

"*My ship is still sailing. I hope they can be together publicly soon" the driver thinks to himself and with that the whole drive becomes silent.

When they arrive the first thing they have to do is see so-jun as he's going to give taehyung instructions for the next few weeks. As soon as they walk in the room the manager abruptly says.

"I want to talk to you alone, tae" which makes jungkook glare at him, but nevertheless walk outside and wait infront of the door.

"Are you feeling better?" So-jun asks with a worried expression.

"Yes my cold is gone" taehyung answers.

"That's great"

"Yes, so what's the plan?" Taehyung changes the topic as he doens't want so-jun to ask more about the vacation.

"As you should still rese i decided to let you have some vocal lessons. Then we'll record your next album and after that you'll learn the choreographies"

"Ok" taehyung simply says as he isn't in the mood to talk right now. So-jun notices it and just thinks that he's tired. Still he tries to make him happier by giving him a suprise.

" I also have a surprise for you"

"What is it?" Taehyung ask a little more enthusiastically now.

"We thought about letting you collaborate with someone"

Taehyung makes an oh- sound as that's not really something he has been waiting but still he tries to sound happy about it.

"Who is it?"

"It's Bae-hyun"

Now his smile grows a bit bigger since Bae-hyun is a big role model for him.

"That's really nice" he answers.

"Yes. We'll announce it tomorrow so beautiful prepared to work with him next week. For today go home and rest. We'll see eachother tomorrow.

Taehyung nods and stands up. He almost reaches the door knob when so-jun says.

"Tell jungkook to come inside. I want to talk to him. You can go home on your own" again he nods and tries not to show his disappointment.

"Did anything happen between you two?" So-jun asks as jungkook is sitting in front of him.

" No. Nothing" he lies as he tries not to let so-jun notice anything.

" I hope so. If I found out that something has happened, whether you two fucked or you two fought or anything that is going to distract taehyung from his career, I'll fire you" Jungkook nods without his usual confident smirk and stands up to leave.

"And remember if you tell taehyung, I'll fire you two"  jungkook thinks to himself how a person can be so evil but nevertheless he can't do anything about it.

To go home he takes a cub and looks outside the window at the starts and thinks of taehyung.
