Chapter 10

The day ended with lots of classes and also preparation for the welcome party . I was not preparing myself and also getting ready to go to Aiden's house . He sent me his address yesterday and i have to be there in 30 mins. I took a deep breath and fixed my lipstick for the last time.

I took a deep breath and rubbed my sweaty palms . My friends already know about this tutoring thing, while others understood, Gracy didn't fail to give me that iconic smirk.

"Professor Aiden and you under the same roof, all alone. I can sense tea" she giggled throwing her legs in the air.

I walked out and saw Gracy and Daisy were in the kitchen trying out some new recipe, while Aanya was in her tennis practice.

"Bye girls" i sang and went out of the house , i decided to take a bus initially but because unsurprisingly i got late , i booked a cab.

The driver was already waiting for me at the entrance . I quickly shared the otp and reached Aiden's apartment. He lived in the top most floor of this huge building infront of me.

I sucked in a breath and walked inside and took the lift. I looked at my reflection on the mirror.

I was wearing a black skorts with white crop top and a oversized shirt which reached till the end of my skort. My white sneakers for my rescue and thankfully my hair decided to look good today. The elevator dinged and i stepped out of it.

I looked around saw Aiden's apartment, sucking in a deep breath i pressed on the door bell.

I patiently waited for him to open the door and there he is , he was wearing a black tee which hugged his body like a second skin . Along with it , he was a wearing a grey sweatpant. Classic combo.

"You're 5 mins late" he raised his brows at me.

"The cab driver was a slow one" i pressed my lips into a thin line.

"Come in" he said stepping out of the doorway. I nodded at him and then entered his house.

I took my time to look around , the entire house had white brown and beige color patterns. The walls were white and off white , same goes with the couch which were off white with beige and brown matching cushions.

Behind the couch , there was a small dining table of the same colour pattern and then there's the kitchen. With wooden furnitures. There's a huge glass door which probably leds to the balcony .

"Take a seat" he said from behind which made me flinch a little.

I nodded at him and sat on the couch while he walked towards the kitchen. He brought me a glass of water which i was thankful for.

He took a seat beside me while i gulped down the water as if i was thirsty since ages.

"Do you want to study here or in the study room?" He asked as soon as i kept the glass on the glass table.
