JUST FRIENDS

The Bully

Nanon looked so bad, smelling like a garbage bin, drenched, and covered in trash. After cleaning up, his bare body was visible, and
I couldn't help but notice how cute and hot he was at the same time! But, I had to focus on what happened to him.

Mild: Nanon, what happened? (worried)

Nanon: Err...Mild...Mild: You were bullied, right? Was it Plustor?

Nanon: Yes, Mild, but...

Mild: But? We should report this! Why would you let him bully you? It's only been two days since college started.

Nanon: Actually, he's my friend from middle school.

Mild: Friend? You call him a friend? Friends don't do this, Nanon! (angrily)

Nanon: No, Mild, he's been my friend since 1st grade.

Mild: Then why is he bullying you? And since when?

Nanon: It's a long story, Mild. Can we talk about it after you finish your interview? I'm drenched and cold.

Mild hands Nanon her handkerchief, and he wipes his face. He looks cute and hot without his specs, making me crazy!

They sit on a bench near the library, and Nanon begins to explain:

Nanon: Actually, he was my best friend. He gave me everything, never said no to me, but everything changed when...

Nanon hesitates, and Mild notices:

Mild: When...?

Nanon: Mild, before that, I want to say something. Please don't think I'm a pervert.

Mild: Why would I think that? Wait, what did you do? (asks sharply)

Flashback: Nanon's POV (Middle School)

I was walking into school when I saw a beautiful girl with two braids. She lifted her right hand and waved, saying "Hi" to me. I got super excited, thinking she was waving at me, and I started waving back with a bright smile. (sighs) But...

Normal POV

Nanon was standing beside the stairs when Plustor came down, accompanied by the girl. She had been waving at Plustor, not Nanon.

Nanon (inner mind): Oh no, it was Plustor she was waving at! I'm so embarrassed. Why did I think she was waving at me? What would she think of me? Argh!

Normal POVPlustor and Jane approached Nanon.

Plustor introduced them: "Non, this is Jane, my childhood friend. She's the daughter of my dad's friend."

Nanon: Hi Jane.Jane smiled at Nanon, and he thought: Aww, she smiled at me! So cute!

---Back to present---Mild sighed, snapped her fingers, and gave a smile of jealousy: "Continue..."

Nanon: Er...Haha, sorry...

----Back to flashback----
Plustor: This is Nanon, my friend.

Jane: Hi Nanon! Nice to meet you.

Jane checks her wristwatch and says

Jane: Oh! I have to go, Plustor. Class will start. Bye, Plustor. Bye, Nanon.

Plustor: Ok! Let's go home together, Jane. Bye.

Nanon nods his head. Plustor turns to him and asks

Plustor: What do you think?

Nanon: What?

Plustor: Jane, cute right?

Nanon just smiles.

Plustor: Non, can you do something?

Nanon: What?

Plustor: Write a love letter and give it to Jane in her hostel room 202.

Nanon: EHhh??? (shocked)

Plustor: Also, write my name, okay?

Nanon: Tor! If I get caught, I'll get punished for sure!

Plustor: Then don't get caught! (smirks)

Nanon: Tor, if you want to give it, you write and go.

Plustor: So you're denying me? Huh? (angrily)

Nanon: (confused) Tor?

Plustor: Plustor! Only my friends can call me Tor!

Nanon: You said we're friends.

Plustor: If you write and give it to her, then we're friends.

-----Scene Cut to Present-----

Mild: Stop! Don't tell me you went to the girl's hostel at night and gave the letter to Jane.

Nanon: It's true I went to the hostel at night, but I didn't meet Jane that night.

Mild: So you went? (shocked)

Nanon: Yes.

Mild: WHY?

Nanon: He gave everything I asked. He never said no to me. How can I say no to him?

Mild: Do you think you're Karna from Mahabharat or what? If he says to jump from the 20th floor, will you do it?

Nanon: Listen, Mild! I still didn't finish.

Mild: Hmm, continue...

Nanon: At night, I went to the girls' hostel. He said Jane was in room 202. There was a power cut. I mistakenly...

Mild: Mistakenly what?

Nanon: I mistakenly entered the girls' washroom.

Mild: Huh?? (shocked)

Nanon: Inside, there was a girl who was half-naked. She slapped me and shouted. All the girls and the warden immediately appeared when she shouted. The next day morning, I got beaten by my class teacher in front of everyone. Luckily, her parents didn't take any further action. From that day on, I decided strongly to reject Plustor's requests to do dirty things. I won't do it again.

Plustor: Non! You failed last time, but go today and give it to her.

Nanon: No, I don't want to do it.

Plustor: Can't you do it for me?

Nanon: Look at me. (points to the bruise on his face from the slap) It's not better yet.

Plustor: So you're denying me?

He decided to take back everything he gave. Who calculates everything? Huh? I was screwed badly.

Plustor: I gave you whatever you wanted. Now return everything. It's 90,000 rs. Pay me if you can't stop being my friend.

Nanon: (resentfully) Like that, he became my best friend to bully. But see my fate - he and I got admission to the same university! (hits his forehead in frustration).
