Elri's POV
I was woken up by a horrifying voice, i wished at that moment that i could just take a knife and stab whom ever that voice belonged to but unfortunately i cant because that voice did in fact belong to my evik step mother, the one person that i hated the most, now i know that that might seem mean to say but if you were in my shoes then you would understand, because this woman is not a human she is a totally evil bit...
"Elri! You better be up and ready before i come down there, and im sure you dont want me to" she said, inturrupting my thoughts
"Im coming, relax, yesh woman" i screamed back up at her.
I slowly but surely made mt way out of bed , i mean i dont even know what she wants with me at....5 in the morning!! School doesnt even start yet but there can only be one reason on why she wants me up at this hour and that is to clean this whole palace, i mean we had people doing that for us but she had to go and fire then just so that she can have more money. Know before i continue let me tell you who i am, i am Elri Angel Wood, i might seem like any ordinary person but i am not because you see i use to be known as the princess of our kingdom, yeah i know it sounds very medievel and all but its not we just live in a town that kind of still stuck in that old traditions but we are at least advanced enough to survive. My dad Max Wood was the king with my mother Angel Wood as the queen but i never knew my mother at all because she pasted away giving birth to me and as for my dad, he married my step mother, but i think she brainwashed him into loving her just so that she can get to his money and also so that she can have power of the strongest kingdom know, then after she got what she wanted she killed him, but that is hust my theory. But anyways let me continue telling you about me, i stand at the hieght of 5'9 almost 6, i am a major tomboy, i have short black hair with blue tips, i know awesome right, i also have a body to die for, well thats just what my friends say but i guess it can be true because of my six pack but the thing that everyone loves about me so far is my eyes, just because it is such a light blue that it kind of looks white its also has a dark golden ring around my pupil,my dad always use to tell me that i have my mothers eyes. But anyways enough about me lets continue.
I slowly made my way into the bathroom, did my daily business and took a shower, after all that i went to my walk in closet, i dont even know what i should wear today, well it looks like rain today so i will just wear some jeans and a slipknot shirt and then throw on a awesome jacket to match and to top it all, i'll put on my custom made vans, i only like these shoes because they have this awesome wolf printed on the one side and a pair of wings on the othee.
After i was done, i went up stairs to go and see what my step mother wants
Know your probabky wondering why i have to go up stairs right, well you see i live down in the basement, now i know what your thinking but the basement is better then my old room after she moved into the house, know the reason for why i say the basement is better is becausethe minute she moved in here she was playing some horrible kind of music, thats if you want to call it music at all.
I was just about to round the corner when she screamed for me once again. I am actually surprised that her throat never hurts.
"Im here! What do you want?" I said with a bit of an attitude just to piss her off a bit.
She turned around so fast i almsot thought she was going to break her neck or something, i even had to take a step back because if looms could kill then i would be burning in the deepest darkest pit of hell.
"Elri Angel Wood! Dont you dare give me that tone do you umderstand me? I am your mother an..."
"You are NOT my mother and you will never be my mother, i would rather rot in hell befo..." I could not even complete my sentence because of a sharp pain i felt to the side of my face. I could not believe she had the audacity to slap me in the face but the thing that had me more pissed off then ever was that look of concern and regret in her eyes.
