A/N: This story will be written in the point of view of two girls, Odessa and Pandora. Odessa has all the even chapters and Pandora has the odd. This is currently in the POV of Odessa. Hope you enjoy!

Odessa's POV

The party was in full swing, the entire year group showed up. The young sixteen year olds were having fun drinking and dancing, some were playing middle school games like spin the bottle and truth or dare. It was fascinating, seeing all these underaged kids doing what they wanted without a care in the world. I knew I could never be one of them. I wasn't like that, I couldn't' really "have fun". It was out of my mindset to do so. Evidently, this wasn't the case for majority of my grade.

Walking over to the drink table I picked up a coke and headed outside to the garden. I sat on one of the steps leading back into the house when I felt someone sit down next to me, breaking my train of thoughts.

"Hey, what are you doing out here alone? You should be inside having fun, drinking some beer or something."

I looked up at the speaker with an emotionless face. I found no interest in any of those things and certainly not in the kid that sat in front of me. Admittedly, he was attractive, but he was much too playful and loud for me. Without saying a word, I took a sip of my coke and stood up. I walked up the steps, hearing his footsteps trail behind me causing me to roll my eyes. This guy really can't take a hint.

I turned to face the kid, "Look, I don't want to seem rude, but I'm really not in the mood for this. I'm really just here for a friend. Who seems to have abandoned me once again." I muttered the last part under my breath, annoyed to have been left alone at a stupid high school party.

After leaving the kid standing alone looking irritated by my bluntness, I had found myself in the middle of a sweaty moshpit. I had just managed to shove my way out when shouting filled the room.

"Cops! The cops are here!"

The entire room ran everywhere not wanting to get caught for underaged drinking. I scanned the room trying to find her but to my dismay she seemed to be gone. It was not until I saw her running down the steps. Her chestnut brown hair was stringy and her makeup had smudged. I ran over to her and grabbed her arm.

"What the fuck Dess? Where were you? I couldn't find you anywhere, I even checked upstairs!"

"Pandora, you're kidding me right, I was outside where i said i would be. Now come on let's go."

Suddenly, there was smoke filling the room in seventeen different colours. We made it out with just enough time to join a small crowd running on the road. Footsteps echoed on the empty street along with screams and shouts. We were nearly there, we nearly made it. Until shots fired and everything turned black.

That was when they built the myth, the legends. That was when they built The Archers.

A/N: Hey there, we're back. This is like a complete rewrite of A.S.A as in we changed everything. But whatever. And I know this is pretty short but I wanted more suspension and curiosity, you feel? But yeah. Danielle's got the next chapter coming up so stay tuned for that. Hope you enjoyed.
