******kalia's POV*****
This was it. This was finally the day I got to go to the premier of Jurassic World. I'd been waiting for weeks for this. So why did I feel so nervous?

Maybe it was because of Ty. I knew he was going to be there, and I wanted to look extra nice for him. I knew in my mind he wasn't going to do anything but say hi and forget about me for the rest of his life, but it still mattered so much.

I took a deep breath and looked at myself one last time in the mirror. I was wearing my long brown hair down in light waves. My dress was midnight blue, and hugged my waist. it flared lightly and ended a few inches above my knees. I fit my feet into my new sparkly black strappy sandals.

I took a deep breath. "hope you like this Ty," I whispered. And with that I was off.

My mom dropped me off at the premier with a "be careful" and a "have fun". I waved and cautiously walked up.

Words can't describe the feeling I got when I saw him. He wasn't close, but I knew it was him. I saw his dirty blonde hair and his suit and his smile and those bright blue eyes and my heart fluttered violently inside of my chest.

I just wanted to run to him and hug him and tell him that I loved him. but I couldn't. I had to wait until it started.

I stood there and watched him for a while. He was doing an interview and he laughed a little.

Then, the weirdest thing happened. He looked up and his ocean blue eyes locked straight onto mine. He smiled slightly and winked. HE WINKED. I flushed deeply and was too shocked to do anything but stand there with my mouth gaping open.

Realizing I looked like a fish out of water, I shut my mouth and walked quickly to the bathroom, glancing every few seconds to look back at Ty.

He wasn't looking, he was talking to the interviewer. When I got to the bathroom, I checked to see that no one was there and then leaned on the sink, looking into the mirror.

"Ty Simpkins had just winked at me. Ty Simpkins!" I said aloud.

Maybe he was looking at someone else, it can't have been me it can't have been, I thought to myself. I knew I was overthinking, so I went back outside.

Finally I noticed Ty standing by Nick Robinson on the carpet. I wanted to talk to them so badly. Knowing I might never get the chance again, I went over to them.

Shyly, I stood a few feet away, not sure how to approach them. I looked down at my feet, fiddling with my clutch.

I had no idea how to do this. I began to open my handbag, desperate for something to do so I didn't look awkward. As I opened it, I clumsily dropped it. ugh.

I bent to pick it up but before I could reach it someone else was there, picking it up for me.

Startled, I looked up and right into the eyes of Ty Simpkins.

We were both crouched on the floor.

"Here," he said, handing me my bag, and flashing a smile.

"Th-thanks," I said, cursing my shaking voice.

We both stood up awkwardly.

He looked at me, and I noticed his cheeks were slightly flushed.

"I'm Ty," he said, extending his hand to me.

"I know!" I blurted out, shaking his hand. I felt so dumb.

"Uh, I'm Kalia," I said, trying to fix my mistake.

He smiled. "you have a really pretty name."

He must've noticed me looking uncomfortable, because he said, "you don't have to be nervous" and smiled a little tentatively.
