After breakfast, it was time for their daily outing. Seokjin had learned to navigate the world with Yoongi in tow, but it was never easy. The stares and whispers from strangers could be overwhelming. Some people simply didn’t understand, and the protective instincts within Seokjin flared up whenever he sensed judgment directed at his son.

“Okay, buddy, let’s go to the park!” Seokjin said, his voice cheerful as he strapped Yoongi into his stroller. The park was a haven, a place where Yoongi could run free and explore without the constraints of their apartment.

Once they arrived, the vibrant colors of the playground filled Yoongi’s eyes with wonder. He giggled, pointing at the swings and slides, his excitement contagious. Seokjin’s heart warmed at the sight of his son’s joy.

As they played, Seokjin kept a watchful eye. He noticed the other children, some of whom were curious about Yoongi. While most were friendly, there were always a few who didn’t understand. Seokjin was ready to intervene if necessary, but he also wanted to give Yoongi the space to interact and learn.

“Hey, can I play with you?” a little girl approached, her eyes bright. Seokjin felt a wave of relief wash over him.

“Of course! This is Yoongi,” he said, smiling. “He loves playing on the swings.”

The girl grinned and took Yoongi’s hand, leading him towards the swings. Seokjin watched, his heart racing. He wanted so much for Yoongi to make friends, to feel included.
