While Lees are smirking at the drama that how jimin is unable to give any proofs or any witness . At first sojin was quit afraid if jimin got any solid evidence but now he is kind of relief like he knows he is going to win.

On the other hand kims are growing anxious,  they are all feeling like they are about to loose everything. But taehyung,  yoongi have confused expression on their faces . ' why the fuck is jimin doing ... why didn't he present any evidence which they collected ' these are all the thoughts which are playing inside their heads .

As soon as the break starts , taehyung rushed towards jimin and held his shoulders a bit tightly and said ,

" chim ... what are doing .... where are the evidence we collected... why didn't you present those huh ... " taehyung bursts on jimin but his anger rose when he noticed jimin was not even looking at him . He followed jimin 's gaze and saw Lee sojin and Lee Rang who are going with their lawyer . Taehyung turned around and shook jimin who finally notice his best friend.

" jimin ... where are those evidence??? " taehyung again asked hoping for an Answer but only to see jimin's gaze lower. Jimin sighed then walked outside of the court . Taehyung,  yoongi and jungkook followed him . Other kims are still sitting on their seats now crying .

" tae ... the evidences ... are all s-stolen..... " jimin finally answered making the three widened their eyes ...

" hyung , what are you saying... how can this happen??" Jungkook asked now fully scared.

" jimin don't play , how can this happen ... you said that your trusted man is coming with that driver and those evidences ??? Then how did he not here .... " yoongi now asked angrily. They wanted to yell at jimin but can't because 1st jimin is pregnant ( how many moths I don't know , should I put 3 months ?? ) and 2nd they can't scene creat in court. 

" It was my fault tae.... I should have keep those evidences with me ... " jimin said feeling guilty . He thought while he will prepare the other things , his assistant will come with everything in that time but ...

" so you are saying he BETRAYED you ??, how can you trust someone with my father 's life ... are you nuts huh ... that fucker ... " taehyung said while fuming in anger .

" no tae , he didn't.... while he was coming he had a accident where he got injured and that driver died and the evidence got stolen ... I am sorry ... " jimin explained...

" those Lee Fuckers.... " taehyung growled angrily and pushed his hair back in anger . Taehyung turned his back towards jimin so taking this opportunity jimin took jungkook 's hand and dragged him somewhere. 

" hyung ... where are we going ... hyung ... what will happen now ... " jungkook said almost crying when jimin stopped and took a deep breath. 

" we have only one choice jungkook.... I know I made a mistake but now only one proof which can save appa ... " jimin said with serious face .

" what ?? " jungkook asked in confusion.

" the device I gave you to put hidden in Lee's office room .... " jimin said ,

" but hyung that was audio recorder.... the court will not agree with this just audio ... we need eye proof or written legal proof . " jungkook said but jimin just smirk .

The court break Time finally finished and now it's time to restart the court work .

" proceed " the judge permits .

" you honor , Mr park doesn't have any evidences with him I am sure , he is just wasting court 's precious time , so I requested the honorable judge to give the right justice " Mr Do said or more like announced.  Hearing that the kims become tense , taehyung , and yoongi looked at namjoon who was also looking at them but seeing his son gave him a hurt look he just smile .
