"you done?" my dad asked

i nodded yes

he grabbed two of my bags and carried them down to the car

I sighed

i pulled my phone out to text ethan

"𝒆𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒏𝒏 𝒃𝒐𝒐𝒌𝒊𝒆𝒆" i texted

"𝒘𝒉𝒂𝒕𝒔 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒈𝒐𝒗?" he asked

"ella come on" my dad said grabbing 3 other bags

i grabbed my last two duffels and headed downstairs

i threw my bags in the front seat and layed out in the back

the car ride was only 40 minutes

after 36 minutes , we arrived

whole time I was texting ethan

"you ready?" he asked

"no" I said opening the car door

I grabbed my bags from the front seat

"aye ella this is a good restart" he said

"restart ? I've been here before , same shit different day" I said

"watch your mouth" my father said

I walked up to the building and waited for someone to open the lobby door

eventually somebody came down and me and my father went up in the elevator

"what floor?" I asked

"15" he said getting in

I pressed 15 and pressed close

"I haven't seen mom in dumb long" I said

"I know , but she's doing better financially now" my father said

"why does that even mat-.. whatever.." I trailed off

my father knocked

"hold on!" my mom yelled

a few seconds later the door opened

"ayeee mija!" my mom yelled hugging me

"hi mami" I said hugging back

"your room is down the hall" my mom said

I walked by her and walked down the hall

I opened my door and my room was fairly big

"okay I can deal with thisss" I dragged out

I dropped my 2 bags on my bed

my mom walked In behind me
