Jade woke up to the soft glow of dawn filtering through the curtains. She quietly slipped out of bed, careful not to wake Jude, who was still fast asleep beside her. She glanced back at him, a mixture of regret and amusement playing on her face. What had she done? The realization that she had hooked up with a Real Madrid player, someone she was supposed to hate, gnawed at her.

Silently, she gathered her things and left the hotel room, closing the door behind her with a quiet click. Her flight to Nice was early, and there was no time for awkward goodbyes. By the time Jude would wake up, she'd be in Monaco, far away from the chaos of Madrid.

A few hours later, Jade arrived in Monaco. The familiar sights and sounds of the city put her somewhat at ease, though the weight of what had happened still lingered. She made her way to Nico Rosberg's place, where she knew she could find comfort and clarity. Nico and Lewis were both there, enjoying a rare moment of downtime.

"Hey, JB junior," Nico greeted her warmly as she entered. Lewis looked up from his phone and gave her a nod.

"Hey," Jade said, trying to muster a smile, but her emotions got the best of her. She sank onto the couch, burying her face in her hands.

"What happened?" Nico asked, concern evident in his voice as he moved to sit beside her.

Jade sighed, her voice muffled by her hands. "I messed up, Nico. I hooked up with someone I'm supposed to hate. I hate Real Madrid. And yet... I spent the night with Jude Bellingham."

Nico raised an eyebrow, trying to hide his surprise. Lewis let out a low whistle but remained silent, letting Nico take the lead. "I'll leave you two to discuss that" said Lewis quickly leaving the living room

"It's okay, Jade," Nico said softly, placing a comforting hand on her shoulder. "We all make mistakes. What matters is how you deal with it now."

"I know, but it feels so messed up," Jade mumbled, lifting her head. "I mean, I've cursed out his club in three languages, and now... this? What was I thinking?"

Nico chuckled softly, trying to lighten the mood. "Well, at least your language skills are still sharp."

Jade managed a small laugh. "Yeah, I guess."

"Listen, it's not the end of the world. You've always been good at handling whatever comes your way. You'll figure this out too," Nico reassured her.

Just as Jade was beginning to feel a bit better, her phone buzzed. She glanced at the screen and saw Lando's name flashing across it. Her stomach tightened with anxiety. She hadn't spoken to him since she left Madrid, and she knew he'd be worried.

"Hold on," Jade said, answering the call. "Hey, Lando."

"Jade! Where the hell are you? You just left without saying anything," Lando's voice was filled with concern and a hint of frustration.

"I'm already in Monaco," Jade replied, biting her lip. "I had an early flight. I didn't want to wake anyone up."

"Well, you could've at least told me," Lando sighed, his tone softening. "I've been worried."

Jade exhaled. "I know, I'm sorry. It's just... things got complicated. I didn't know how to explain it."

"Complicated how?" Lando asked, his curiosity piqued.

Jade glanced at Nico, who gave her an encouraging nod. "I'll explain when I see you. Just... know that I might've done something really stupid."

Lando was silent for a moment before he replied, "Alright. Just promise me you'll talk to me when you're ready."

"I promise," Jade said softly. "I'll talk to you soon."

They hung up, and Jade let out a long breath. She looked at Nico, who was watching her with a gentle smile.

"Thanks," she said quietly.

"Anytime, Jade," Nico replied. "Remember, it's not about hating yourself for what happened. It's about how you move forward."

Jade nodded, feeling a bit lighter. There was still a lot to figure out, but for now, she was grateful to have people like Nico and Lando who had her back, no matter how messy things got.
