I am walking ,
it's a narrow pathway i can see it's a old path there are huge bushes on either side of road.
It's the sunset time
My eyes are wide open like they've forgotten how to blink.
I'm just walking .................................
A YEAR AGO: when it all started
'I'm sorry we couldn't save her'..............................
Darkness covered my eyes as the words sank inside

'Ayla wake up! Please don't leave me i don't want to loose you too'........................
I opened my eyes and saw my sister crying .
I looked around it was a hospital, i was lying in a hospital bed.
Ayla(weakly): autumn i'm fine,here look at me i'm okay
Autumn(sobbing): don't scare me like that ever again i thought i would loose you too.... like i lost mom....
Then realization hit me.....
Our mother had died.
She was a cancer patient at final stage.
me and my sister had been taking care of her for years.
With the bills piling up i had to drop out of school and work to provide for my family ,
i was paying for the hospital bills and my sister's school fees.
Our dad had left us when we were kids so i didn't really knew much about him either.
My mother wasn't really the nicest person,
she was heartbroken when dad left her she blamed us for her broken marriage saying he left because he didn't want kids if you both didn't exist i would've been living a happy life.
Growing up the only thing that helped me through was my sister autumn.
Autumn was 5 years younger than me.
She was born on the first day of autumn with beautiful shiny brown hairs and with her hazel eyes she looked divinely beautiful.
No matter how hard my life was looking at her smile made everything feel worth it.
But now looking at her crying face my spirit shattered
Ringing.......................................
Ayla(confused): hello! Hello!(louder) who is it?
Callerid369: hello we are from
OSE organization .
Are we speaking to ayla and autumn?
Ayla: yes i am ayla and my sister's autumn.
Callerid369: we are an organization that provides full educational support for orphans.
Ayla(confused): oh but how do you know about me and my sister.
Callerid369: we were informed about you two from one of your relatives.
We have a school specially for orphans and also provide a hostel for students.
We would like to get you both admitted to our school.
I was suspicious of the organization.
But i thought to myself that me and my sister had already been struggling to survive this life.
It was already worse than expected.
so what would be worse than that.
Ayla(reluctantly): yeah me and my sister, both of us are fine with that.
We would like to accept you help and support.
Thank you very much.
Ayla: autumn have you taken everything .
Autumn: yeah i have . Let's go the cab has arrived.
I glanced back at my house one last time.
The shabby little house i was raised in .....................................................or the little house where i learned to survive life.
