Phuwin's POV

Throughout the rest of the day, Kim appeared to disregard my presence. While I attempted to give him space, this led to feelings of self-directed animosity. Despite my efforts to engage with him, he consistently moved away upon noticing me.

Frustrated and dejected, I reluctantly made my way to the final class of the day, having reached the point of giving up.

**Time skip**

Finally, the school day came to an end and I couldn't wait to meet Pond for our date. I rushed to the car park and there he was, waiting for me with a huge smile on his face. When he saw me, his smile grew even wider. I walked up to him and planted a quick kiss on his lips, which made him very happy. He then picked me up in his strong, sun-kissed arms, and I couldn't help but feel thrilled.

I couldn't help but giggle at his response to my romantic gesture when suddenly my phone started buzzing in my pocket. Glancing at the caller ID and seeing that it was identified as unknown, I hesitantly answered it and greeted the stranger on the other end. Pond shot me a concerned look, but I just flashed him an assuring gaze.

""Hey, it's Phuwin. Who's this?" I ask. "Hey man, it's Dunk. Sorry for the scare. I lost my old phone and had to get a new one and a new sim card," he explains. I let out a sigh of relief and playfully cursed him for nearly giving me a heart attack.

"Sorry dude, ok I will see you tomorrow, bye," he says and hangs up. He frightened me just to tell me, he had a new phone. I laugh at his stupidity and focus my attention back on Pond. I noticed that I was still in the air, and in the arms of someone I loved very much.

He worriedly questioned about the incident earlier and replied that it was just Dunk with a new number. He lets out a chuckle and sets me back on ground level.

As we hustle to the car, eager not to be late, Pond takes the wheel and in no time, we arrive at our destination. Just as we are about to pull in, he forces me to shut my eyes and I comply with his pleas.

As he skillfully parked the vehicle, he graciously opened the door and ushered me out. Leading the way, he guided me inside and once we were indoors, he kindly instructed me to open my eyes. I let my eyes adjust to the lighting and once settled, I let out a cry of joy.

Oh, I remember that moment vividly. It was the place where he asked me to be his boyfriend. I still can't believe how much it meant to him and I'm truly touched by this heartfelt gesture. Tears of joy started trickling down my face as I reached forward to hug Pond. I could see he was also crying, something I had never seen him do before. Overwhelmed by it all, Pond excused himself to the bathroom to try to compose himself.

Shortly after, I spot him heading towards me with a wide grin. Traces of tears are still evident on his face, suggesting that he didn't bother to wipe them away. As it was our final year at university, it seemed like he was determined to make this moment extra special for both of us.

He approached me with unwavering determination, standing firmly in front of me. As I watched, he slowly lowered himself onto one knee. Overwhelmed with emotion, I found myself screaming uncontrollably as he retrieved a ring box from his pocket.

"Hey Phuwin, I know it's a little early, but I can't contain my excitement any longer. Will you marry me?" Pond asked, his eyes beaming with hope and admiration.

Without wasting a second, I blabber 'Yes' uncontrollably and tearing commences flowing out again.

As he delicately slides the glistening ring onto my finger, I feel the perfect fit of the band snuggling comfortably around it. I notice our initials elegantly engraved on the ring, each letter a testament to our love and commitment. These intricate details deepen my admiration for Pond, filling me with certainty and contentment about our decision. Suddenly, a cake emerges from the restaurant's doorway, adorned with the heartfelt message "I love you so, so much."

Today was already amazing, but it got even better when one of our coworkers surprised us with a cute dog. The dog was a gift from Pond, and I eagerly accepted it. As I held the dog close, we all gathered around to cut the cake. Each layer of the cake revealed a beautiful array of flavours. I handed Pond a sizable slice, and he polished it off in no time.

He skillfully picks off the icing from the cake and playfully plops it onto my nose. I burst out laughing and promptly returned the favour, smearing icing on his face with a mischievous grin.

I lift my gaze and express my gratitude to a higher power for the wonderful life I have been given. I am filled with appreciation and will cherish this moment forever. As Pond embraces me, we both take in the beauty of the sky and savour these precious moments.

We captured all the special moments and I couldn't wait to share them on Instagram. With over 30 amazing pictures, this memory will be forever etched in social media and in my heart.

Kim's POV

I chose to check Phuwin's Instagram and came across his partner. Upon further exploration, I discovered several recent posts featuring a significant milestone, which turned out to be his proposal.

I am filled with anger and jealousy, causing me to toss my phone in frustration. It should be me holding his hand, sliding that ring onto his finger. I deserve him more than anything.

I head into the bathroom and take out the knife I have been hiding from my parents. I slither it down my hand and make some painful cuts on it.

Using the knife, I engrave Phuwin's name on my hand. I cackle at the sight of blood oozing out every time I squeeze it. I decided that it was enough for today and cleaned up the blood. I take out some bandages and set them on my scars. Next, I pull out a hoodie and decide to head over to Phuwin's house to sort out some things.

I know his address because I saw him head out of his house, while we were going to school. I just happen to live a few blocks away. We will meet soon my love, I declare and head out.
