Mingyu rushed through the rest of the day with only one thing on his mind—a promised date with his boyfriend. Naturally, he made up excuses to leave work early, barely managing to finish his tasks before darting out of the bakery. He practically sprinted to Wonwoo's apartment, arriving well before the agreed time. When you have a boyfriend like Jeon Wonwoo, you have to bend some rules.

The door swung open to reveal the said milky skinned man, wearing the shortest shorts known to mankind and an oversized white t-shirt that Mingyu instantly recognized as his own. He'd lent it to Wonwoo two weeks ago when he'd gotten drunk and crashed at Mingyu's place. On Wonwoo, it looked bigger, hanging down to mid-thigh, and the shorts were so short that it looked like he was only wearing Mingyu's tee and nothing else. Fuck. Mingyu's brain started short-circuiting.

"Hey," Wonwoo greeted casually, as if he weren't a walking distraction. "You're early."

Mingyu's eyes trailed from Wonwoo's bare legs to his slightly dishevelled hair. "Yeah, uh, couldn't wait," he stammered, stepping inside and closing the door behind him. He doubted if Wonwoo was doing this on purpose or he was just oblivious to the affect he had on Mingyu.

The tattoo artist led him to the living room, where they settled on the couch. Mingyu tried to focus on anything but the sight of Wonwoo's smooth thighs and the tempting hint of skin above the waistband of those ridiculous shorts.

"So, where's Soonyoung?" Mingyu asked, hoping a change of subject would help him regain some composure.

"Oh, he's staying with Jihoon tonight," Wonwoo replied with a shrug, plopping down beside Mingyu and tucking his legs underneath him. "It's just us."

Just us. The words echoed in Mingyu's mind, doing nothing to calm his racing thoughts. Wonwoo was going to be the death of him and Mingyu was going to lose his cool if this continued any longer.

They settled on the couch, and Wonwoo started explaining about the movie excitedly to his boyfriend. "It's a movie based on a game I used to play in high school. The graphics were amazing for its time, and the story is so engaging. The protagonist has to navigate this post-apocalyptic world filled with—"

The boyfriend in question wasn't hearing a word. In fact, he sat there and stared at Wonwoo's lips, watching them move with every word. The way they curled into O's, the little pauses he took when he got too excited, how small his mouth actually was, and the immoral part of his brain drifted to the thought of how it would look wrapped around his---

"—and then there's this twist at the end that no one sees coming!" Wonwoo concluded, his eyes shining with enthusiasm. "Isn't that awesome?"

Mingyu blinked, realizing he hadn't absorbed a single word. "Yeah, sounds great," he mumbled, his voice hoarse.

Wonwoo raised an eyebrow at him with a curious smile, "Mingyu did you even listen to me?"

"Huh? Oh, yeah, totally," Mingyu stammered, snapping back to reality. "Secret lab, post-apocalyptic world... got it."

Wonwoo shook his head. "You're hopeless, Min. But I appreciate the effort."

"Sorry," Mingyu said, leaning in closer. "It's just... you look really cute in my tshirt."

Wonwoo gave him a pleased smile, "I know, that's why I wore it" He said, a subtle smirk still playing on his lips as he got up and started to walk towards the kitchen saying, "Let's get you some snacks, babe"

babe.

Mingyu realised one thing. Wonwoo was in fact, doing it on purpose. He got up too and followed his boyfriend into the kitchen like a dog following his owner. The inked man had too much control over him. He stood beside Wonwoo who pulled out six family sized packets of chips, one by one and placed them on the counter. Mingyu raised an eyebrow at that and Wonwoo replied, "You told me that you liked baked chips from this brand, I didn't know which flavour you would like so I bought all of them"
